Beville Animal Hospital surpassed all expectations during the passing of my childhood pet. Their thoughtful gift of beautiful flowers to plant in our garden as a tribute left a lasting impact. Their compassion and care went beyond the medical aspect, providing solace during a difficult time. Highly recommend their exceptional service and heartfelt support.

First time taking my almost 11 year old dog here. I suspected she had a UTI, and this was the only office who could get us in soon, plus it is close to home. I read the reviews, and did expect Dr.Wilson to be a nicer and more compassionate woman than how she was today. Since she’s too old for PMS, maybe she’s just having menopause irritability and hot flashes kept her up all night. She didn’t seem to even like dogs. All other vets I take her to (as well as previous dogs and foster dogs) love on the animals first to soothe them. She didn’t even touch my friendly yet scared American Staffordshire Terrier. I paid $90 for the “exam” for the urine I brought in. Having never been there, I expected the vet to ask more about her medical history and symptoms. Also with her being an older dog, I expected her to at least give a quick physical exam. Only question she asked about my “9 year old dog” who I had to correct and say she’s almost 11, was if there had been a change in food. First vet to not even ask what type of food. I talked about how much this dog meant to me and I should have just told a brick wall. There wasn’t even a wait in the office, so I don’t know why it felt so rushed. Hopefully the antibiotics work and it is a UTI and not bladder stones, because I don’t want to take my beloved four legged family member back to this woman. The demeanor of Dr.Wilson was very short and cold. Again, maybe she was just having a bad day, but she was the least thorough and least loving vet I’ve ever taken an animal to. 2 stars because they got us in quickly and didn’t push the most expensive fix. The office was small but clean.

Had an amazing experience with this vet! Was able to get my elderly dog in same day, had a room set up with blankets on the floor before we even got there, and the techs sat on the floor with her to make everything more comfortable for my dog because she was having trouble standing. Helped make everything as affordable as possible as my family is currently on 1 income and gave us the best case scenario diagnosis. Will definitely be using this vet again for any medical needs we may have with both this dog and our other pets

Would give a zero if I could. Brought dog in for removal of skin tag/cyst on skin on Wednesday. They take him in to check him out, come out in a bit and tell me he needs teeth cleaned. I said just here for the skin tag. They say they will email me. ? Charge 55 for the visit. They called Thursday to see how he's doing. Why? They only looked at him and no estimate yet. Monday my wife xalls to find out where estimate is. They send it, 70p to remove a skin tag and 200 for teeth cleaning. Yeah, I don't think so. Will go somewhere else.

I chose this vet because they were about 65 percent less for their services then Ormond Beach was. Unfortunately I received bad news that my cat was too sick to go on living. The staff was kind and competent.

Very disappointed. This was my first time taking my cat to the vet because fortunately she has always been very healthy. They did multiple tests, which I was thankful for but after that, the service just went downhill. I dropped the urine sample on a Tuesday. On Thursday I called to follow up since they said it was going take 24/48 hours to get the results and no one had called me. They told me that the doctor wasn’t in the office. I called back Friday morning and they told me the doctor was busy. By 3:00pm I called again because they close at 5:00, and still nothing. Then I called 2 or 3 more times and they said the same thing, that the doctor was busy and that she would call me back after hours to go over the results. I never received a call back on Friday and on Saturday I received a text saying that everything was “Normal”, but that if I wanted I could go and get a medication for pain/inflammation. On Monday I went to their office to buy the medicine and I gave it to my cat as prescribed. My cat was not getting better so I decided to book an appointment with another vet and bring the lab results I had picked up. The vet actually found that the results do indicate that my cat has crystals in her urine and that they don’t know why I was told that everything was “Normal”. So now I had to spend more money and time just because of this vet’s negligence. Two starts because the people at the reception area were nice

I couldn't afford the care for my cat and I was forced to give him up. 1400 dollars for a urinary blockage. I work hard and I shouldnt have to choose between my vehicle payment and my cat I raised that not only had an effect on my family but also my pet family as well. He thinks I abandoned him I'm sure

I like the old owner ever since they got a new owners it's going downhill. Went there on a regular business day for them to charge me emergency fee of $85 because my dog was sick and this is my regular vet and she ended up having bronchitis I asked for them to please show me how I was supposed to give the medicine I even asked her to give my dog her first dose but no they wouldn't do that. Let's just say after paying about $400 and we're going on day five and my dog is still not doing well.

I relocated to the area in the past year, and I have two cat roommates who decided to tag along. One is extremely timid and has a chronic health condition - and getting him to the vet's office takes weeks of strategizing. When I could not put off a checkup any longer, I confess I picked Beville Animal Hospital (BAH) because it was closest to me; I was desperate to minimize their trauma because they do not travel well. That BAH is one of the best vet offices I have ever been to was a delightful and welcome surprise. I was blown away by the courtesy and professionalism of everyone I interacted with. The technician who I worked with was especially impressive; he was knowledgeable, personable and never made me feel rushed. The veterinarian, despite having been recently injured, consulted on the case and I had complete confidence in their assessments and recommendations. I was only slightly less stressed than my cats when I set out that morning in May, and everyone at the Beville Animal Hospital were so caring I could feel my blood pressure dropping during the visit. I consider myself lucky to have found a really good fit with my first effort here in Daytona Beach and look forward to a great, long-term relationship.

5th time I try to get Simparica Trio filled for my girl and keeps getting denied by their pharmacy and they refused to use any other vendor (Chewy is what we always used). Now she's been without this med for months although did everything they asked- blood work, stool tests, every shot, dental cleaning, extractions.... didn't say no to anything to make sure she is healthy. Going to transfer to a new vet. Too much stress to get a simple medication, which she's been on nonstop for 4 years straight. I can't risk her getting heartworm because we aren't a priority. Sorry, that's how I feel after 3 months trying to get this filled
