Bought a computer 3 weeks ago used for less than 2 hours and it stopped working and they won't let me return it, said I only had 2 weeks to return it which no one told me when I bought it. 1st and last time shopping here

This Best Buy is pretty big and busy. The staff were nice and helpful. They had plenty of inventory. The displays looked decent from what we were looking for. They even had a LoveSac display. We were getting an iPhone fixed which unfortunately they weren’t able to do so we’ll need to go to the Apple Store.

For several days now I've been trying to get in touch with the audio installation folks that are doing a car install in a few weeks. I get routed to an offshore service center every time I call and am unable to reach the store. I left a review detailing the frustrations (I didn't know how else to get ahold of someone.) The result of which was laughable customer support via FB Messenger (yes, really - see below) that included things like super secret extensions (2111) to try to get routed to the store and leaving voicemails on innocuous mailboxes. I never actually got to speak with anyone at the store and eventually drove over. Store employees confirmed there was no direct communication available but they were able to give me their Best Buy email addresses. Management, there are really good people working at Best Buy. Thats why we shop there. You don't have the lowest prices but you do have the best expertise. If customers can't get ahold of said expertise, your core competancy, and competitive advantage (and any other business term you like) dies. The pandemic is over and we expect better comnectivity. If you don't stop nickle and diming with respect to your processes and change course immediately, you will meet the same fate as Sears and Blockbuster.

Keep Best-Buy in mind when shopping. I just bought a 65" Samsung QLED TV for $150 less than the exact same model at 2 local "wholesale" clubs. Shop around!

I ordered a pair of sonos Move 2 in black by mistake. I really wanted the white ones but too late, I already paid for the black ones.
I went in the next day to pick up my order. I asked them if I could exchange them for the white ones. After a few different excuses and refund talk, they were able to figure it out. They were able to do an even exchange, finally.
It took a little time, but we got it done. They helped to get it right. They were also very nice about the whole thing. I got my white speakers and made my wife happy.

Bought a game from here and they said they would email me an activation code. I never got the code and when I called the store, they transferred me somewhere else that couldn't help. I went back to the store and they tried to send it to me again but I was told to wait 24 hours. I still had not received the code and they told me to call support.

Customer service is exceptional especially the customer rep that I encountered who was Noah very knowledgeable
