Terrible customer service. Every time you call asking for an appointment the answer is "no we do not" and say goodbye and hang up. They don't even give offers for more options. Rude.

Brenna cut my hair. We discussed what I wanted and she really listened to me, which doesn't happen often at other salons. My haircut was perfect and just what I wanted. They also use superior products. I highly recommend Bei Capelli!
