CJ, the front end receiving manager is the man! I recently signed up and applied for the bass pro shop card and was waiting for my card to arrive in the mail. Yesterday they had an online sale that was only valid that day. I’ve had my eye on my dream handgun and decided that with the sale going on, now would be a good excuse to make the big purchase. I went online and I found that virtual card that was being provided did not work. Called Capital One and got the runaround, basically was told there’s nothing they can do until the card arrives in the mail Reached out to Daytona store and CJ was more than accommodating. Told me that he would do some legwork to see if there was anything they could do to honor the sale the next day, if that meant to come in physically to get the purchase done. He followed up exactly at the time he said and provided me with options .This is great customer service and I will continue to do business with this particular store!

Pretty upset with this location. I joined their club card about a month ago and last night they had their club member loyalty night. The email said from 5PM-Close. This location closes at 9PM. I arrived at 8:00 and heard the cashier telling customers how much free stuff they gave away and all the food they had and I said “are they not doing that now?” She simply said “oh they stopped when they ran out of food”. So basically when they run out of food they close the raffle early for the free stuff. Nonsense. This was done at the store management level and I guaranteed something not corporate would be ok with. That’s like closing early cause they ran out of a certain product. Don’t advertise something in an email and then treat your customers like they’re stupid when they show up for something they specifically signed up for and stove to the store for. The cashier and manager on duty had the audacity to tell me I could still make purchases while I was there. No kidding??? Yeah I’m SURE I can spend money but they can stop a member night early at their discretion.

If I could give zero stars I would. Stood in front of these two for about five minutes. Box in hand waiting to ask a question. They glanced over several times continued talking in circles about what type of paperwork immigrants need to buy whatever in their store. There was another gentleman farther down attending someone else so I did not go to him. Ended up just leaving. Had me wondering if it was because of the way I looked or what? I have grown up in and served this country. And it’s not the first time my family and I have had an experience like this at this shop.

First time at this location. Loved the scenery. (fish and wild life) The store is 2 stories. Yes, they have an elevator. Tons of items to look at. Only con would be the vacation salesman.

Always a great experience at BPS. Helpful staff in all departments, quality gear for all outdoor adventures, huge fish, great firearms selection. The location of this store in the shadow of the Daytona Speedway makes is especially great.

The other night I went to bass pro in Daytona I was approached by a nice lady by the name mel who was offering vacation packages from blue green I was interested in what she was speaking with me about but her manager was a bit to aggressive and made me rather uncomfortable. I was only there to get a hat. Overall the manager just really came off to strongly and ruined the opportunity

First time there and staff was very greetable through out the whole store and found the battery charger I was looking for of a noco 10x2 dual charger and hooked it up and worth the price and love it. It's does it's job.

I went to Brass Pro today with my friend so she could buy a pair of f shoes, and one of the employee Toni who works with Luis the manager, tricked us and pressured us to buy vacation packages, after he told my friend he would pay for her shoes. He bribed her, smell strong alcohol on his breath, I can believe he comes to work intoxicated, and lied so he could manipulate my friend to buy what he was selling. We kept saying we are not interested, but he kept pushing, and that's so unprofessional, he did that to me a different time as well when I came to the store alone to buy sandals. This needs to stop, or I will never go there again, and will cancel my credit card! Luis the manager didn't even say anything when he was persisting . You can't come to work drunk. That is inadmissible!!! He needs to be reprimanded for his behavior!
