Went in without a ac leak,left with one what does that tell u.....charged me 30 to say he didn't see a problem 2 days later all my ac lines loose a leaking fluid....

They were very honest and fair. Didn't charge me when they couldn't find a problem and when the problem finally killed the AC charged less than I could buy the parts for myself to fix including labor.

I would recommend Arctic Cold Auto Air to everyone. I needed a new compressor and condenser, so I dropped my car off and picked it up that afternoon. The price was not bad and my air is ice cold now!

I had my girlfriend Lexus RX350 service there Sat Sept 3 for A/C problem. They fixed the problem and the price was very reasonable. I had an idea about the problem and when Katie told me what they did to fix it then I knew they were honest. I'm glad I took the vehicle to them. I'd recommend them...a honest family business
