I went there and they fixed my ac with a fair estimate. My mom goes there after me and they forget to put the radiator cap back on and left my mom stranded in another city because it over heated. How does a professional place forget a radiator cap??? We will be going back to discuss this with them and hopefully they will have a resolution.

I spent 2 days here once at 10 am and closed at 4. So I took my vehicle home in port orange and brought it back at 8am the next day it wasn’t done until after 2 pm takes way too long for what was done. I believe they took business and other people first . And I walked to a location in the heat to wait

Drove to Daytona without ac, unfortunately it was a Saturday and no one was open. Luckily I found Artic Cold Auto Air! I saw on their website that they are first- come-first-served so I was there right when they opened. I was served right away! They checked for leaks and turned out I just needed Freon. I highly recommend this family run business for your auto ac repairs.

I come to get my a/c diagnosed for a 2cd opinion. They tell me the same thing Firestone quoted me for. I go with Arctic because the estimate was fair. I leave my car overnight for repairs due to my work schedule. I come to get my car and this is how they left it. On the side of the road and I still have no a/c. They didn’t call me on any updates. I’m thinking it’s fixed. Now I need a control module to allow my a/c to work. I ask them is “Is this module going to have my a/c working”? Oh we don’t know we have to see. So you want me to pay for a control module you don’t EVEN know if it’s going to have my a/c to work?? I’m left with scratches on my dash from taking my car apart, parts not even put back together correctly. This place is a joke!

I think Artic Cold Auto is a breath of fresh air! They actually care about the people they serve, and are fair on the pricing. We travel a fairly good distance to bring our vehicles to them because of their service. Just put AC in my man's '97 Dodge and he's hasn't cranked it up past low, it's so dang cold in there! Thank you to the team for keeping us cool!!! ?

Went there to have my a/c checked because it wasn't blowing cold. They checked the freon and the temperature. Turns out I didn't have the settings right. They didn't charge me anything even though I took up some of their time. They were very nice. If I ever have another problem, I will go back to their shop.
This portion is an update to my previous review.
Turns out that a couple of weeks after I left the shop, my engine light came on. The code indicated that my thermostat was bad. That's why my a/c was working intermittently. I went back to Arctic because I thought they treated me fairly. They installed my thermostat, flushed my radiator, and added new coolant. I have a 1 year warranty on parts and labor and have had no other problems with my a/c. I am happy with their work.
