I have tried and tried (5 or 6 phone calls) to get an estimate for my front door and no one will call me back. I am very disappointed in how the owner is handling this as I have left several messages and even text him on his cell. I am a small business owner myself and cannot believe how I am being treated.

We have worked with AllPro door twice and found their staff to be pleasant and helpful. Their workmanship is excellent. We will definitely use them again if needed.

I needed a six panel door to make into a barn door for my bathroom. It needed to be a six panel door. Prices online or anywhere from three to $600. I went to all pro door trim because I bought my baseboards there too and they got me the door for $140. It is the best place to go for baseboards door, trim doors all those items.

I have had exceptional jobs done with 3 different door installation projects by All Pro Door and Trim at our home over time. This recent last job of installing an exit door was done well by their installer Bobby. Rusty has cared about his customers and gave us a great service each time.

Visited the store, provided all information for a visit to obtain a quote for 7 interior doors. Rusty stated they would arrive on the following Thursday to get measurements. No one showed! We made one more attempt to get scheduled again with a gentleman named Eric who informed our request was not even in the system. We repeated the order again and he stated he would expedite the request and get someone to our home to measure everything. No one has ever contacted us, DON'T waste your time with this company. Can't even rate my experience. Never had one.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Ordered a door from big box store, it got list, then the wrong door was delivered. Called and spoke to Rusty who got us a better door faster, cheaper and more efficiently! What more could I ask for? Don't be like me. Save yourselves the aggrevation and Go to All Pro Door and Trim first!!

Rusty really has his hands full with his ever changing staff. In the short time dealing with Pro Door, both Daniel and Christy quit, and left us with no contacts at the company. Thankfully, Rusty stepped up at that time to help us recover our forgotten order. Finally the day came to deliver our order. We ordered every door (except the slider) for our new home from Pro Door. What a disaster. The delivery driver did not secure the load properly, and during transport, the doors shifted and smashed into one another during delivery. The driver carried the doors into the home, and had to carry most of them back out because of damage. And yes, there was a long delay to get all the doors on site for install. We had to delay our carpenter several times for the installation. Very near the end of the process, I was sent a final invoice from Sonya. I called her and asked if she was sure of the final payment amount. I was ready to pay them, put this awful experience behind me, and move on. She said she would check with Rusty and get back with me right away. Several days went by and I didn't hear from her. So I called again. Sonya said she hadn't had time to meet with Rusty and she would be sure to get back to me by the end of the week. Nope. Didn't happen. So I called again. She said yes, Rusty and I went over your account and determined this final amount. I sent a check in the mail. She confirmed receiving it the next day. Bye Bye. Finally got this mess out of my life. Not so fast. Two weeks later I got another bill from Sonya in my email account. WHAT?? I called her right away and asked why? She said one of the doors was billed wrong, and another was improperly sized, and others that were returned were not eligible for full credit. There was to be a restocking fee applied. Unbelievable. So I was forced to pay an additional $1800. On the way out of their office I said "Good Luck" to Rusty. And I meant it. Because he is surrounded by a completely incompetent staff. All his good employees have "left the building".
