I had a great experience at this storage facility. They had affordable prices & excellent customer service. Thank you Loralee & Yona for making my rental experience easy. These 2 ladies are dedicated to constantly making improvements from painting & keeping the grounds clean to ensuring the safety of customers.

Homeless people were noted sleeping in the locker section of the building sleeping on the floor and sitting in the hallway during 2 occasions when I visited my unit. Water leaks in units without any accountability of the facility for maintenance (Caused damage to my stored items) . Roaches were identified several times in the hallway. More excuses for insufficiencies of the staff and facility than you care to hear.

I rented a storage here early in the month but found a storage a larger size that I needed at another storage so I removed my lock and informed the front desk. The manager told me that I would be able to get back some of the month’s rent. She never gave me my money back and just went and rented it again , making two months rent for one unit.

This place is an absolutely horrible place to store your boat or RV. The spaces just are not large enough to park a boat or RV. They are too close together. I left my boat there for one month and the truck next to it scratch the entire side of my boat because the spots are just not large enough. If you value your recreational vehicles don't leave them at this place

I cannot understand why no one can answer and seem to not care about the necessary questions I have being a client? I hope this will get resolve asap and by higher leadership not Heidi anymore as her communication has been unprofessional and and non-existent. I wish it was not as disappointing.

Very customer friendly and accommodating. Easy to use phone service for reservations. Easy access to the facility and items are secure there. Bruce did an excellent job of explaining things and making sure I would have access incase I needed access during off hours. He even called me to assure I had gotten his message. Great prices!
