The rental agent was friendly and helpful. You can't rent from an easier airport than Daytona. The counter was closed for my early return flight but I had no trouble parking and leaving the keys in the box on the counter. All charges were as expected.

Our car (6 people between 20 and 84 years old) stopped in the middle of a four-lane road. Nothing worked. Police, towing service, etc. We received information from the hotline that a replacement car was available to us at the airport. The office at the airport knows nothing about it, wants the car to be brought to the airport by the towing company and has to process an incoming flight first. We have now been waiting 3 hours at the airport and nothing has happened. Bad service!

Automobile and customer service were good. Only issue was at DBA returning car as where to park was very difficult to find.

Please do not partner with 3rd party sites if doing so causes your employees to complain when someone books through a 3rd party site. Its annoying - I’m a consumer just trying to get the best rate.

Rented a compact vehicle at Daytona Beach. We received a Buick Enclave. The car was super clean, no odors, full tank. They even left a Clorox wipe so we could wipe down the steering wheel. This was my first rental car experience and after hearing horror stories from others I was very impressed with Alamo. I used their express check in and all I had to do was pick up the keys and drop them in the drop box on return. I plan to use Alamo for future rental needs.

PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR FINAL RECEIPT!!We decided to rent a vehicle while in Daytona Beach after arriving at the airport instead of booking ahead or using Uber. I cannot remember the name of the employee but at 10:50pm when most people are checked out and ready go home for the night, she was still very nice and helpful. She was quick and explained everything thoroughly. We had signed for a 3 day vehicle rental (50-74 hour rental), we had the vehicle for about 65 hours. When we returned the key, it was given directly to an employee and not placed in the drop box. I was told I would be emailed a copy of the agreement when it was closed out.A full day after I returned the vehicle and was back at home, I finally got my email with the rental summary. There were many changes from what I signed for when picking up the vehicle.Differences:- Min & Max rental hours when from 50-74 hours to 74-98 hours.- They documented I returned the vehicle a full 24 hours after my flight took off and they charged me for another day of the vehicle being parked in their lot or already rented back out.- I signed for a 3 day rental at $88.75/day, copy they sent me was changed to a 4 day rental at $109/day.- All other daily fees and taxes were changed from 3 days to 4 days as well.In total, I was charged an additional $200+ for the difference that I did not sign for.

My daughter traveled from Missouri to Daytona beach, she had a car reservation since February thru another rental company at the airport, when she arrived she could not get the car cause she did not have the card with her, so I made a reservation with you guys and within 20 mins she was on her way after messing with the other company for 2 hours. Thank you so much for taking care of my daughter .

Smooth transaction. The employee went out of her way to get us a different vehicle after we checked in. Very accommodating. The vehicle was clean and well maintained. The vehicle was rented with points from our credit card, but pricing was competitive. Will rent with them again.

From start to finish the whole process of renting from Alamo at the Daytona Beach Airport was satisfying and easy. The price was reasonable and the car was clean & problem-free, but the best part was dealing with Tony & DeAngilo at the counter. Both of these men were helpful, warm & personable and a full-on pleasure to work with! I highly recommend this business!
