Having the peanut flavor labels wrong was one thing. The lady lying to my face about the kind of dutches I asked for twice in a month is unforgivable. The first time I was hurt. The 2nd time, nah. I'm just done. my business will be going elsewhere whenever possible. The older man is nice though. He will be missed.

This is in reference to yesterdays visit. ATM was not working.. Husband watched several people walk away without cash, tried his card, didn't work. Came out to get me from the car to try mine. No luck with credit card or debit. Needed the cash to pick up a Marketplace purchase and since already delayed I puchased 2 coffees to try and get cash back. COFFEE was also not working (1 cold, 1 only half filled). Agitated, I say to the cashier, Your ATM is not working, your coffee is not working" what is going on?...LADY RESPONDS, "The ATM is NOT my problem". I tell her, "wrong answer, you may not control it, but it is in your establishment, therefore you need to call and report, put a sign..." After a bit of interaction as I was walking away, she then accuses me of just wanting to reverse the transactions. The gentleman working with her (who was respectful and helpful) ultimately fixed the coffee machine, so we ended up with 1 cup to drink and she had already reimbursed my credit card for the other. Ended up at WAWA's and their ATM worked just fine. That is the last time this establishment will get our business. That woman should not engage with customers, as judging by her demeaner, she appears to dislike everone who walks through the doors. Oh and if you care at all about improving your reputation, clean up the roaches, my husband had to stomp on one by the ATM. And the owner can save your response about further contact through that suspicious bit.ly site they/you keep linking to the reviews. @Google should look into that.

I went yesterday to this 7-eleven, around noon. The idea was to use the ATM, but the machine didn't work, other 3 customers were in line, and one after the other failing in the operations they tried to accomplish . Without that service available, I tried to get cash back, after buy some coffee and soda. The coffee machine, delivered half cup of cold coffee. Make the cashier notice the problem, and she just put her worst customer service face, saying that we chose the wrong coffee and just were trying to get the coffee for free. Tried again, with equal results and then, after another intervention of her high customer service, other employee came and opened the machine, touched something in it and voilá, the coffee started coming out hot.
The store is the worst I ever seen in my 65 years of existence, dirty (I stepped on a cockroach), with machines that don't serve any purpose if out of service and with a customer service realy horrible.
Except for the man that teamed with the lady.

They made fun of me for inquiring about a sale, and on a separate occasion disrespected my wife for telling them how the air pump stole her money, and didnt offer it back. I've been to plenty of places where they will give you the money back for that you just need to wait for the manager. But I guess not here. At least don't be rude about it

This 7-Eleven is the very worst one I’ve ever been to. The foreigner who said she owned the store was mean and nasty and isn’t a good representative for the brand. I’ll never shop here again!

I bought fruit opened it up and all the fruit was spoiled. Cooler broke again? If it is, you should take all the food Down!!
Your gonna get someone sick oneday. Sure the dates are up to code but the cooler is not. I aint buying anything besides beer and chips. I got mad and threw the fruit out. Those apples should not look like that. There was a big strawberry that was also spoiled. Oh but the date was okay

we were coming into the gas station to get a few things and were accused of stealing pastries when we didn’t even pick up any pastries…the lady at the front was very rude and had been watching us since we walked into the store. once we got to the counter to pay for our goods, she demanded we pay for what we had in our pockets and refused to run the cameras back to prove we stole anything then she took our ID and refused to return it to us and call the cops

Was just in there moments ago to get a soda only for the staff to insinuate I'm trying to steal and go out the door; your registers are located by the exit. At which point I'm getting into an argument with the cashier now telling me I'm trying to steal. If you enjoy being thought of as a thief while you shop then this is the place for you!!!

Extremely poor customer service. I live close to the store. They will not be getting another dollar from me. I sit and the long lines and examine their poor customer service daily. Y’all wake up!! They treat half the customers like trash and watch everyone like a hawk. Very uncomfortable place.. the owner of the store (the woman) always looks so unhappy and miserable. Very miserable place. I asked her what numbers come out and she stood there chewing her gum.. I’m a local HOME OWNER and will not be supporting this store. They already keep the store nasty. Very disturbing experience this evening and they will not be getting any more of my money…

I typically stop by here on my way to work for my daily caffeine, and while their customer service isn't bad, I may need to pick a different location. Stopped in like usual, total was $6.13 like usual, though this time I handed the cashier a $10, and while I got my $0.87, I didn't receive the $3 that should've accompanied the change.

VERY NICE! It is clean 24/7! And it is very organized, the staff are very honorable and kind. Floors are clean all the time and nice. The store owners family are very positive

I went to this plaza for metro and the 7-11 was right next door while I was there however I lost my airpod pro and not being from that area I tried to call and call and can’t get anyone to pick up the phone……ridiculous…… guess I’ll have to make a two hour drive to Daytona to find out if they have my airpod ( find my shows that is the location of it so if it ain’t someone is bsIng ) {doubt find my is the BSer} other than that the parking lot sucks terrible layout for the businesses there and a lot of riff raft hanging out and coming and going definitely lock your car there and keep your kid close in arms reach IMO!!!
