RUDE female employee this morning was yelling at everyone because they were using the broken door. Everyone was using the door in the right. It was busy, people were exiting as others were entering. The was NO sign on the door. I guess people are just supposed too know that yet door is broken. I will never go in this store again. I understand that it’s difficult to get good help but this woman needs some customer service skills. Owners pay attention!

If I could give negative -10stars I would!!!!I had the most horrible experience Sunday December 3rd around 9:30 pm. I wasn't feeling good I went to the bathroom and my fiance bought a large soda for us to share and handed it to me once I got out of the bathroom because my stomach wasn't feeling good as I'm walking out I see the cashier waving his hands and mumbling so ething cool down etc and through the glass he is making hancuff gestures that I had stolen the soda. I made sureto walk up with my fiance and confront the accusations at that point the cashier was just embarrassed and said everything was good and I made sure to say in front of the line of people waiting "why would I need to steal a soda" I never even went back near theachine and we offered to have eour car search but he didn't even try because he knew he was wrong and he even responded sarcastically and rudely saying that the same reason anybody else steals a soda! I shook my head and left. And although he was gracious enough to let me us e the bathroom that was a bad experience all around. I understand the confusion but if he would've been looking at his cameras he would know we were sharing the soda and he knew my fiance was waiting for me . He even spoke to him prior so not sure how he can misunderstand but okay. I decided to not make the situation worse but I do need my voice to be heard and an apology tome and my fiance would be nice and the least that can be done.! I'm so disappointed ? 711 you have to do better.

One of my favorite links in the chain mostly always a friendly staff you run across a few jerks that are jaded already and refuse to look at each person as an individual but that's a rant for another platform as far everything else I love the environment and the warm feeling I get when I walk in

Title: The Convenience Conundrum: The Absence of Public Restrooms at 7-Eleven in Daytona BeachIntroduction:In the bustling beach community of Daytona Beach, Florida, convenience stores play a vital role in catering to the needs of both locals and tourists. Among these establishments, 7-Eleven stands out as a popular destination for quick snacks, beverages, and other essentials. However, the absence of public restrooms at the 7-Eleven in this busy area has become a topic of concern, raising questions about the convenience and accessibility offered by such establishments.I. The Importance of Public Restrooms:Public restrooms are an essential amenity in any busy area, particularly in a tourist destination like Daytona Beach. They provide a necessary convenience for visitors who may require a restroom break during their outings. Moreover, public restrooms contribute to the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the community, ensuring that individuals have access to proper facilities.II. The Role of Convenience Stores:Convenience stores, such as 7-Eleven, are known for their ability to cater to the immediate needs of customers. They offer a wide range of products and services, aiming to provide a one-stop solution for various requirements. However, the absence of public restrooms at 7-Eleven in Daytona Beach raises concerns about the level of convenience they truly offer.III. The Impact on Customers:The lack of public restrooms at 7-Eleven can be particularly inconvenient for customers, especially those who are on the go or have limited access to other facilities nearby. This can be especially problematic for families with young children, elderly individuals, or individuals with medical conditions that require frequent restroom access. The absence of this basic amenity may deter potential customers from choosing 7-Eleven as their preferred convenience store.IV. Community Perception and Responsibility:As a prominent establishment in the community, 7-Eleven has a responsibility to cater to the needs of its customers. By not providing public restrooms, they risk creating a negative perception among locals and tourists alike. This can have a detrimental impact on their reputation and overall business success. It is crucial for businesses to prioritize the convenience and comfort of their customers to foster positive relationships within the community.V. Potential Solutions:To address the issue of the absence of public restrooms at 7-Eleven in Daytona Beach, several potential solutions can be explored. One option is for 7-Eleven to consider retrofitting their existing facilities to include public restrooms, ensuring that customers are satisfied.

Store employee was rude to me today and refused to refund a discount that didn’t process. She abrasively told me I had to come back when mgmt was there. Long pause…then I had to ask when that would be.
Only one of two possibilities:
1. Employees at the store at that time that day were NOT authorized to perform refunds.
2. They WERE allowed.
In the second case(employees allowed), that would indicate a lie and should be dealt with both on the employee and customer level.
The first case(not allowed), I believe, is much worse. Why would a management team empower a crew with only instructions to come back when management graces the facility, in order to resolve a simple discount not processing.
I’m a local, I’m there 1-2 times daily. I’m tired of this employee and I eagerly await an explanation from management as to why their employees are not empowered to make customers whole.
It’s either a lie or a policy that trashes customers. What if I wasn’t local and couldn’t come back?!?
Maybe there needs to be an investigation to see if this 7-11 employs multiple practices like this to steal from customers. I’ll pursue this should I not be made whole. And at this point. It’s not just the refund that will make it whole. Time to drive there tomorrow, gas, time to talk about it, time to drive home, gas…plus my time writing this and my time being upset with how things run at this 7-11

Drink machine has been out of the lymeade sprite for a week. I've been there every day told multiple workers; they refuse to put a sign on the machine. Also, they don't seem to like to put out beef wieners when there's none on the roller, don't seem to care. And if you come in just a little past dark, the bathroom always says out of order although the next morning it will be not out of order.
