1/22/24 at 10:15 pm the nasty girl with warts and tattoos working at the counter has NO business working there. My fiancé who spends $50+ a day at the 940 S Atlantic store bought a few monster drinks, he grabbed 8 creamers that he puts in the monsters (gross but true), right away this woman gets nasty with him. Call him a fat POS and threatened us with her “big family” and “hope that she doesn’t see him on the streets”! Who in the hell acts like this in a customer service position. She acted like she was the creamer cop. It’s not about having to pay, we have plenty of money, it’s how she reacted and the fact that she let her friends get stuff like coffee and creamer free! she is rude, nasty, mean and has no business working there.

Don’t go there in the morning! They are always doing “their thing” as employees and it feels like you are at the mercy of whatever they are doing. They talk at the register, play loud music, talk on their phones while ringing you up. It’s like your second! Also, the espresso machine has been down for months. For two days now they haven’t filled the beans in the other coffee machine. Also, they let homeless people hang outside and panhandle for money. I get it, it’s a demanding job but the morning “blonde” assistant manager (I guess) is always dealing with her personal life first. It’s really annoying after a while. I’m actually gonna start going to a store up the street. They just need guidance and some coaching on things.

I stopped at this 7-11 for gas at 8:45 am, one of the 4 pumps had a bag over the handle, so I assumed the other 3 were operational. I tried a second pump and it did not work also. So I went into the store to ask the person working, (James) if all the pumps were all down. He told me that only pump 3 was down. Well pump 1 had the bag, I was attempting to get gas from pump 3, no sign, no bag, but it was non responsive. So as I left to try another pump. he made the comment "I guess he can't read". what he didn't realize is that my wife was in line at the time. This is not the first time we have had problems with this person, so after finding out, from another store, the owner's phone number so that I can let them know about the poor customer service, and the fact he insults customers with people in the store. After contacting "Charlette" about my complaint, she was more concerned about how I got her number, than the insult I received from her employee, then abruptly hung up on me. No apology, no I'll look into it, she just hung up. So as a regular customer of this store, (average $250 per month spent on gas, drinks and other items), I will NEVER stop at this store or any others run by Charlette again. Poor ownership, customer service and all the drug addicts who hand out there, I'll drive to the mainland for gas now.

This store was nice, and clean. I Google reviewed a lot of 7-11 on the strip in Daytona. .The employee went above and beyond to help the custmers. It could use a little bit more cleaning and Organizing, but for the most part it was good. To the owner of this store your employees work very hard and so professional to the customers.TiaKim
