The store is a specific destination brand. Staff has always been friendly, it's clean and plenty of parking. Lots of pack selections, gear and apparel. Review the website.

Amazing customer service. Helped me get the right size pants for my daughter. And when we could not find her size on the floor they went in the back and found them!!

Had a bad experience with employees as they were on their phones the entire time we were in the store we were ignored and had to prompt the employee just to get checked out. Employee was playing a mobile game on his phone as we were standing not 2 feet away waiting to be checked out.

I was surprised at the limited selection. The quality of 5.11 products are very good. But not offering a military discount was a HUGE turnoff. I'll find what I need elsewhere.
