⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️Avoid this gym (in general). They get you to sign up under the assumption you can cancel at anytime with no issues, however issues is all I’ve had trying to cancel. They direct you to a third party cancellation company that is extremely useless. There is no organization within their team or their process. Their gyms are always dirty and the staff is never helpful and even downright rude.

Don’t trust this gym. My husband was assured by the person at the front that there wouldn’t be a charge for cancelling my membership. Eventually we did have to cancel and they wanted to charge us cancellation fees.

⚠️⚠️⚠️WARNING READ BEFORE SIGNING UP⚠️⚠️⚠️I write this letter fueled by sheer frustration and disappointment regarding the blatant disregard for customer convenience and transparency I have experienced as a premium member of your gym.When I signed up for a premium membership, I made sure i had the ability to cancel without unnecessary hurdles. Little did I know that attempting to cancel would plunge me into an infuriating ordeal reminiscent of the dark ages of customer service.Facing a health issue that prohibits me from using the gym, I discovered the absurdity of your cancellation process. Instead of a simple, straightforward procedure, I was informed that I must navigate a labyrinthine maze involving a third-party company and a physical form that I must mail in. like is 1995.This antiquated, burdensome process is not just an inconvenience; it's a blatant disregard for your customers' time and well-being. It feels like a deliberate attempt to trap people into endless billing cycles, and I refuse to be a victim of such deceptive tactics.I am compelled to warn to potential customers – steer clear of YouFit if you value transparency and straightforward dealings. The gym's approach to cancellation is nothing short of a nightmare, and I want others to be forewarned before they fall into the same trap.Your gym's practices have not only cost you a customer but also earned you a disgruntled advocate against your deceptive policies. I implore you to reevaluate your approach to customer relations before more people are subjected to this infuriating experience. otherwise they will send you to collection.

The equipment is dirty and no one wipes down after they use. Usually full of kids who should be accompanied by an adult. I guess you pay for what you get!

Love the staff here, Amy is very helpful and knowledgeable about the gym. Love how enthusiastic she is when I walk through the door and how she remembers my name.

Youfit is a great gym to workout at. Specifically the Davie location. It is a very welcoming and encouraging environment and has helped me achieve so many of my fitness goals.

I frequent this gym & the staff are very friendly and willing to help! The hours are great. Has all the equipment necessary to get a great workout in; multi level with rooms for different machines. They offer workout classes and personal training as well.

Update, as of Dec 4 2023The AC is way too cold. The staff said there is nothing they can do about it. It's really hard to warm up and keep muscles warm without layering up. Being south Florida that's not something we do when it's 75 outside. I'm afraid of injury, my trainer said the only way for it to change is with a review. I'm going to see if we can workout outside today

I've been a member for at least 3 years at this location. Nothing but good a experience at this gym. Friendly staff, friendly members, machines are in good condition, broken ones are fixed quickly, gym gets cleaned daily. This location is my go to for all of the above reasons.

I love this Gym. *****update*** I have a concern that the gym is cleaned in the morning and usually bacteria’s grows over night and the bathrooms at this location are cleaned by 10am, the shower was disgusting soap build up everywhere!!!’ Please have your cleaning crew clean at night before closing not in the morning when it’s business time at peak hours, it’s ridiculous how filthy the shower was!!!! ***I would give it 5 out of 5 stars, if they can just do my one request, to change the filter on the water fountain because it’s obviously expired and the water taste like damn tap water, it’s disgusting. Usually a water fountain with a filter indoors does not taste like water from the house in your backyard. Otherwise the gym is very clean and no wait!!Also please make hours longer for the gym or give us card keys for members with a better subscription than starter subscription. Only adults that we clean up after ourselves would be the ones going after or before hours. I want to take my health very serious but I can’t go in the gym at 7am on Saturday or Sunday is ridiculous to me!!!
