This evening a young very young lady was behind the counter . Sadly her customer service skills were very poor. She was rude with person who was trying to get some cigarettes not mentol , she didn’t have to judge and says I don’t smoke I don’t know anything about cigarettes . And she was trying to ignore the customer , The person unfortunately couldn’t explain himself and someone from the line helped him , she only judge bc she don’t smoke . Me neither but hey is your job being attentive and friendly , someone needs to her training her and explain that she has to know her job ( the products ), she could skip the comment . My turn and she didn’t even say hi after I say hi , and ty . She didn’t follow any Walgreens protocol and not even a ty good night . This is sadly speaks from the training that she had, this Walgreens has Been for years a very nice location . Walgreens Is loosing the nice ambient and friendly personnel .

I had a terrible experience at the Walgreens pharmacy recently. The pharmacist on duty was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I approached them with a question about my prescription, and they acted like I was wasting their time. They were dismissive, short-tempered, and made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. A little patience and professionalism go a long way, especially in a healthcare setting, but unfortunately, this pharmacist lacked both. I won't be returning to this location and would recommend others to avoid it as well.

Worst pharmacy I’ve been too thus far! Service is non-existent the techs and pharmacists are disgusting and rude. Always give me a hard time and never have any answers. Only come here if you don’t want to get your meds. Look out for the pharmacist with red hair, she’s the absolute worst!

Placed call 30 minutes before close to pharmacy. . Staff kept picking up call and placing on hold until closing time instead of attending to customer calls. Seems to be an ongoing routine after complaints to corporate and speaking to pharmacist in the past.

I had the worst experience at this Walgreens that I've ever had in my whole life! She is a want to be manager her name is Rebecca. She does not know customer service at all.She could not do a simple return and then would not sell me a product from the store after that and told me to leave. Very rude and disrespectful. Hope no one ever has to deal with her ever. I will not be returning to this location as long as she is there.

Bad customer service and there is no sense of importance wether you do business here or not. I guess they don't care if the store remains open or closes. It wouldn't surprise me if they close at some point. Terrible staff

Do not bother SINDI, she such a rude employee, she has not idea about customer service and she doesn’t have patience at all with clients. I feel bad for the other employees that are near her all day!

Just your local walgreens. They have everything you expect a regular walgreens to have. The only thing is that they're a bit short on staff sometimes.

We stopped in during our family shopping weekend and found everything we wanted and needed. The only reason we don't go to Walgreens is if there's a store sale they still want that idiotic card or your phone number. We sometimes skip coming to the store because of that but this is about our visit this time and we are giving a perfect score. They should give some thought to stopping the idea of that little discount card or phone numbers, we know of several people that say the same thing. We will be back, just not as often.
