Drove 20 min to pick up a medication was told they had it went to the store they don’t have it. Later after finding out what the confusion is apparently theirs red flag with online tele medicine which is understandable but to tell me that you have the medication I ask if I can come in pick it up and they said yes like I’m on my lunch break. Nothing against them for following rules I just need something because I specifically designated that time to pick up the medication. I use online telemedicine because I refuse to wait 45 min at a doctors office

Needed caster oil, website said you have no one of 4 people I spoke to could be bothered to look.Amazon gets most of my business and now even more of my business.I live next door to store but order online.

I was helped by the pharmacy tech Chris and she was rude not only to me but to the rest of the associates. Not sure why, but It was rather uncomfortable. Probably won’t go back there

I would like to extend my very special thanks to Elijah, who works tirelessly in the photo department at this Walgreens site in Davie, Fl. I had just ordered two photo books when I learned there was a problem with the printer. Courteous and professional, Elijah went out of his way to stay in contact with me, keeping me updated on the progress of the repair, and delivering two delightful photo books!

Travis Martin is a above and beyond Any pharmacist we have encountered. He is always so pleasant, professional and kind. I needed a cream for my daughters acne, The one she was prescribed before was no longer covered by our insurance, and was going to cost us around $350 to refill. Travis researched it and found us an over-the-counter medicine that is replacing The original prescribed medicine. We love it that he cares about the customers and seems to know everybody by name. Walgreens is very lucky to have such a wonderful employee as Martin.

Let’s just say they asked me for my id I gave them my old id and my current concealed and they refused to give me my medicine after going there for the last 25 years.. two new girls the red head and the tall black girl with tattoos. Telling me these aren’t ids.. gave them two and my credit card they sent me home. Plus I never do bad reviews let’s just say expect to waste at least 40 minutes waiting in line.

Drive through window not properly staffed. Waited over 10 minutes at the window . Had to blow horn to get the attendant attention who was talking to a cooworker at the register.Attendant had a I DINT GIVE A f....k aptitudeUnprofessional. No customer service.Will look for an alternative. Maybe a different location?Will call

Very disappointed! Hiatus and state road 84 location; I had made appointment for my booster shot for COVID vaccine and was excited as I worry everyday at work others are not vaccinated and some not wearing masks. I had COVID bad last year, almost died and still recovering; excitement came to a halt upon meeting the Pharmacy Tech at Walgreens today at 4:22PM, questioning me why I should get this booster? I was astonished and dumbfounded...told her made appointment with my reasons, she tells me that does not matter does not mean I am entitled to get it? I then explained I had COVID last year bad and breathing problems. She tells me as reading the paperwork that is not listed on there and I should not get this booster vaccine? I am now pleading to get my vaccine? her telling me I don't need it. Who is this person asking me this, a doctor? told her to call my Doctor, they asked for the info on the paperwork. ALL my Inhalers, blood pressure, palpitation and other meds ARE on HER files for the last 18 months + and past 10 Years. After going back and forth she said " well if if you want it" and put the paper in front of me to sign? (Exact works) What's that??? So she finally gives me the vaccine, And to boot does not ask me to stay for the 15 minutes to ensure all ok, walks away. Our family has been using this Walgreens for 10 years and Never had such a problem. Until now then come to find after explaining the story to my husband when I had gotten home, he had problem also with the same Pharmacy Tech couple months ago.I am not a blogger or yelper I usually keep things to myself this was very upsetting with my interaction with this pharmacy Tech, which was supposed to be a positive turned to raising blood pressure!I have had great experience with Travis, helping my with the last 18 months of me dealing with COVID symptoms. Walgreens have always provided Great service to my family Until today!! Disappointed, Sad..

You will never in your life find a slower moving drive up pharmacy than this place. It's absolutely insane. I come here to pick up meds for my dad and I dread it every time because I KNOW I'm going to be waiting in line for at LEAST 30 mins, on a good day. Same as the front counter and same as if I went in to pharmacy. These ppl only have 1 speed, dead stop. I hate this place.Also a slap in the face is the prices of EVERYTHING. UNREAL.... At least 50% more than anywhere else. And not because this place is convenient it's as inconvenient as possible.
