Just advice don’t bother to go to this pharmacy the pharmacist work over there. Don’t have no knowledge of the difference between the dose and the quantity of the medication such a shame for a big pharmacy like Walgreen. Have pharmacy staff have no clue about there own job. And for this pharmacist work there, do not take my word for it just go ahead ask other pharmacist from other Walgreen branches. Maybe you can learn something.

never has my medication in stock on time and they don't bother to tell me until it's too late and i have no more medication. many employees have an attitude when i ask for more assistance or information as if it's not important to them at all. probably switching pharmacies soon as they've been doing this for years

This Walgreens will always come through for you. Sometimes you have to call but if your nice they will always work with you. No need to ever freak out. Mary, Cindy, Judith and the entire staff are the best you can get. Times are rough, doctors are closing down and some patients like myself are going through the ringer but it's not the pharmacy's fault. This Walgreens is the best.

My photo order got screwed up a few times, one time it got canceled for no reason, to which I didn't even get notified until I went to the store to pick it up 3 days after I initially ordered, then the next time I went there when I reordered it, they said they didn't have it printed due to the printers being broken, and that the email saying my poster was printing had nothing to do with them (which doesn't make sense IMO) when I literally saw it packaged right behind them, but didn't argue because I already had a long day and was exhausted. Then I come the next day and they tell me the same thing, only this time I decided to point out that the poster I ordered was right behind them (the poster picture is very distinctive for me), so they give it to me, I pay and I soon notice that parts of both pictures were cropped around the edges, so I went back in and asked about that, to which they told me that I ordered a 20 x 30 poster and that was how it fit (the other one was a 16x20 and was wrapped inside the 20x30, so I didn't notice that one originally), not to mention the quality of the photos weren't all that great, so I'm definitely gonna return these and get my 50$ back and probably use a different walgreens this time because this is plain ridiculous. Would have to really dislike someone to recommend this one to them.

This by far is the worst Pharmacy I have ever dealt with on a regular basis! I have no idea why I've used them for so long. I am using the location in Cooper City now because I have had no problems working with them. This pharmacy is always behind, inconsistent, rude and can not take responsibility for the poor job that they do. When they call and ask you what the issue is they merely put you on mute and ignore you until you are finished speaking. But still never actually taking responsibility or helping in any way. This pharmacy is poorly run and poorly staffed. There are plenty of other pharmacies in the area so I recommend using one of those. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Drove over here because it's the only Walgreens that says it's open. When I get here they tell me the store is closed because they are washing the floor. I tell them I need some medicine for my daughter and they refused. This world we live in gets weirder by the day. They just sitting there

I called to transfer a prescription there from Walmart because they said they could get me the same medication for half the price with the good RX coupon. I gave them a detailed description of the medication. Unfortunately, despite that effort, they still screwed up. They carried a different size so it didn't apply to that coupon. So the medication can't be transferred back so I have to wait till Monday to get a new prescription called in to Walmart. I wonder how many mistakes they make because they're not paying attention.

Been coming here for years, and again as always Rhoda and Marie take care of me. People don't realize somethings are out of pharmacist control. For me, they always did what they could and then some throughout this past year. So thank you and your team. Happy holidays

The shop is fantastic. The materials are also excellent. All of this has made me very happy. But the last time I went... Two days ago, there were two saleswomen who had nothing to do with the previous saleswomen I had met. They were both uninterested and unhelpful. In such cases, I believe the customer gets a different overall impression of the store. didn't leave satisfied though.
