Stopped by to get help with replacement phone with insurance. Everyone was super helpful! Tyler stopped his break to assist. The store I bought the phone from would not return my call! Tyler didn’t mind that this was not a sale he just was concerned with giving good customer service. This is definitely going to be my new Verizon store. Tyler and Gus are the best super friendly and beyond helpful

Good Afternoon, and apologies for the unconventional method of communication. I’ve attempted emailing corporate in different manners, and have had no success.
My name is Raymond Rivas, and I recently applied for Full Time Retail Sales Associate (Bilingual). I’ve taken and passed the assessment, and although my resume does not reflect it, I have some prior telecommunications experience. I was a Sales Lead for Sprint from 2013-2016.

Let me just start off by saying Brian was amazing.
After being unable to trade in and order new phones online we had no choice but to come in person. It was after a long work day and we didn’t want to spend a long time with this process. We looked over previous reviews and asked for Brian and thank god we did. In less than hour we were out the door with trading in a phone and transferring over a line. He was efficient and friendly just overall perfect interaction.

Great Job! Marcus deserves an award for Patience and Persistence! My former wireless network was putting up roadblocks to my departure. Marcus methodically worked through the tripwires and Won the Day! It was a time consuming process, but Marcus Did It! A lot of effort was expended, even though my account doesn’t bring in mega-$$ to Verizon.

No accountability. I have worked for companies in corporate America since I graduated almost 15 years ago. The only thing that separates success from failure is accountability. It starts at the top, the fish stinks from the head! The manager at this location has proven her lack of ability to perform. It is no longer her responsibility to be what she clearly isn’t. When do you as a company take responsibility for the plight of your paying customers?

Came to pay my bill and update my account password. Was told my services would still be activated and my password (5 digit code) would be updated. Today is the next day, not only did is my account not active, my passcode wasn’t updated forcing me to drive back here. Only to see a printed notice the saying they are not opened even though google says they are. Forcing me to wait another 45 minutes. And then the manager was as rude as they come! I’m going to use my wife phone and place another negative review! And ever person that I come in contact with. I’m a business customer paying over $100 a month for a single line for over a year!!! I need one thing done and with all the money you charge this is the best you can do! I’m going to to make sure for the rest of my entire life that anybody within earshot understands how you treat your customers! I live in south Florida and own a media company! Ohhhhhh man When I say V for vendetta! I’m going to start videos today! (2nd update) I opened services with T-Mobile business and got the same deal for exactly HALF THE PRICE! Saving me $600 in the next 12 months. Everything happens for a reason. I’ve had T-Mobile all along for telephone and never had a problem. When I started live streaming services I went to Verizon based on the hype I heard about it being the best for upload speeds. No that technology has caught up I’m saving money and getting what I need to operate. Stay blessed. (3rd update) my speeds are even faster than ANY speed test I have ever done with Verizon. God is watching me as I type ever letter. In the Bible it says be slow to anger so I walked out without incident and was blessed for it. Amen.

Horrible customer service at this Verizon store. I had a specific situation where we had to get the manager involved and honestly I have no idea how she even has that title. Didn’t even give me eye contact once throughout our interaction and barely tried to help me fix my issue or even give me a peace of mind. Bland, robotic, and clearly not a problem solver. With that type of leader in charge, it would be hard to see success for this store in the long run. I would suggest any other store in the area but this one.

The store is great, service tremendously improved. Greeted and helped fast, Marcus assisted me with correcting my business account. And charlotte also assisted the process was fast and seamless didn’t have to worry about any hidden fees very transparent and fast assistance with getting my upgrade and new phone! THANK YOU for everything amazing service and I would recommend this store.

Went in today to pick up my iPhone 15 pro that I ordered over the phone through my business account because this was the only store that had my desired color and memory option in my area. The girl working there was of absolutely no use other than checking my ID and credit card. Refused to assist with porting my data over to my new phone or with accessories because there were other customers and told me to do it on my own. I drove to the Verizon store on W sunrise Blvd near my home and bought my cases, screen protector, and additional chargers/cables from them and their rep even transferred the data from my old phone to the new one free of charge due to my account. Submitted a formal complaint of the Davie store to Verizon.Kazi iqbal

Been go this store a few times for new purchases, my service representative Brian has always been amazing in his customer service hiw he interacts with his customers. RUDE customer service. Disgusting how this store allows their employees to treat customers. They don’t care about anything but getting back to being on their phones. The young girl who “helped” me today-you know who you are! Black curly hair. Obnoxious. Disrespectful and unhelpful.Manager-dont need a response. Move on to your next horrible review
