Post office in Davie - I read horrible reviews for all post office’s in my area - today I met Yolanda . She was extremely kind - great customer service ! I would like to commend Yolanda for her kindness !

The lady that worked today June 25 at 10:50am training a new guy. She has short buzz cut hair platinum blonde hair. Horrible. Just unacceptable. She’s the rudest ever and this is not the first time. I don’t want to see her again. USPS needs to step up their game and get her fired.

Absolutely the worst post office. There’s one specific postal worker there that is always so rude and never helpful. I say “hello good morning” with little to no response. I say “thank you” she says nothing at all. I’ve heard her also rude with every customer. It’s quite profound she works with people when she clearly is irritated by the site of anyone even walking in the door. Today they offered no tape, said they don’t have any but if I bought some I could use that. I also had a package that needed to be returned to the sender due to person addressed to does not live at the address. Package was accidentally opened and just needed a little tape. Woman said I need to purchase completely new shipping supplies and re address it myself. I told my items dental shops down in the same shopping center to the Mail Store and they easily offered tape and sent them on their way. Don’t bother with this post office at all. The two women there today should be ashamed by their awful behavior.

Went here July 8th at 4:20pm. The woman working was being rude to everyone in line, even though everyone was very polite to her. It seems like this is an ongoing issue at this location and management hasn’t corrected the issue.

Dang! I visited in the morning, and the lady with such an attitude for no reason. If you don’t like working there you’d leave.
If you’re a victim, please file a complaint with
the post office IG, this have to stop.

The lady working at this location is extremely rude. I truly don't understand how she hasn't been let go considering all the reviews people have made of the employees in this location.

Workers here are probably holding a competition of who will be the most rude with customers. The staff attitude is awful, I went with my wife and decided to leave because I did not want to deal with the person helping us. We were nice with her, did not ask for a favor, just regular postal business.

I stood in line for 20 minutes to process a USPS insurance claim. This wasn’t money for me, this was to help the shipper get his money back for the insured item he shipped that was received broken. Yolanda told me they couldn’t process it and I had to go to my home post office. I did and that was incorrect, they said she just didn’t want to do it.

Every time I visit this location I have an awful experience. Attitudes for no reason. Never friendly or kind. Something has to be done. Glad it’s not my home office.

The people who work there, including the supervisor, Bernadette, are just plain nasty, lacking any bit of professionalism... they all act like they're doing you a favor... what a dump!

I don't know why this people go to work if they don't want to deal with people, worst of all where is management in this place? no actions are taken toward these employees, they are rude, they talk on their airpods like if they own place but cannot be helpful to the customers, those two girls need to go, the senior employee is just a bad example for any new employee.
