If no stars were an option I would give that rating. The person who was working on Monday 715 was rude, not helpful and acting as if the customers were bothering her. She acted like she was doing us all a favor.

Not an actual post office. Incredibly rude staff. A drop box provides better customer service

Very clean and the employees worked as quickly and efficiently as they were able to, often the customers are very rude to the workers and refuse to listen to an employee of the federal government and are constantly accusing them of not knowing the laws that they these Postal Workers are trained to know.
I wish customers would just understand that everyone is doing the job that they have to do, in the way that it needs to be done, all in order to make sure that there are no issues on either sending or receiving posted mail.

I went to the office of his post and I did very well. Mrs. in charge of the office is very attentive and answered all my questions with great patience. The most pleasant thing is that she speaks Spanish.

I cannot say the main lady working that unit is particularly pleasant, but at least she does not look to be trying to intentionally ruin your day, like in other branches. So given the extremely low bar USPS have, I must give this one 4 stars.

TL;DR: a bitter clerk ruins what should be a great experience. I've been coming here for probably a decade. Sometimes the two nearest post offices near me are just too busy and I don't feel like waiting in line, so I come here. About half the time I regret that decision. Which hurts the gas station and pizzeria, because I always purchase from both at the same time when I do come here. My biggest point of irritation is the constant changing of hours, with no notice, or update to this Google business profile. It appears that the clerk is a one-person small business operating this CPU, because when she has to step away--the post office is closed. Sorry you wasted your time. When she goes on vacation, the post office is only open for a few hours in the morning. Sorry you wasted your time. Her lunch? Same story. When she decides to change those hours because you got used to the previous schedule? Same story. Then there's the supply problem: she keeps running out of labels, envelopes, boxes--you name it. In short, about half the time you will end up having to go to the normal post office because this post-office-in-a-gas-station is unreliable. The rest of the times you get to deal with a woman who doesn't know how to greet customers "Good afternoon, how can I help you?" or how to thank customers, "Thank you, please come again." Sometimes she doesn't even say "hello," she just takes your stuff, works it and doesn't even make eye contact. Some people just aren't cut out for customer service and unfortunately, soft skills are not her strong suit. At the end of the day you get unreliable hours, or attitude. Not that things are better elsewhere, but hey, now you know what you're walking into.

Marleny Almonte the post office clerk is extremely unprofessional and rude. Spoke to me in a derogatory manner and provided uncaring services, all while managing to flirt with the gas station clerk while I am struggling to prepare my own packages for delivery myself as she insisted she does not help with any package taping or assistance of any kind. Other custmers were appalled at her unprofessional and unhelpful behavior. Will never go back there nor will any of my firneds or family as long as Marleny Almonte works there. Very disappointed in the post services for hiring untrained personnel that is so unprofessional.

Efficient,. I don't see why anyone would complain about a gas station with a very convenient Post office accomodation.

The lady who works there told me I can only mail my regular letter through priority to get a tracking#, I said I don't need priority, but she said this is the only way,and it cost me $9.65.
