“Pedro was great help getting the car I wanna..great customer service.So Pedro no longer works there,So today on June 21,2024 I was told if I make the payment my car will be cut back on,well I made the payment after 10 am.the lady in the office told me wait 10 minutes and to make sure the payment is confirmed which I did.i waited more than 10 minutes still no car cutting on.i called the lot no answer then I contacted Michael he said he would get back at me.waited on that still nothing I finally sent a message stating I wanna return the car.i got to the lot then all of sudden things changed I was showed a Buick encore.prior to this I have been telling the people at the lot that my car note is to high plus my insurance is ridiculous.i was ignored each time.i paid 517 and they will not refund me my money.i don’t have the car or the money anymore.TIKTOK SERIES COMING AND LEGAL ACTION”
