You can tell she likes her job and loves helping people. I am retired now but if I was still working, I would be recruiting her to come work for my company or one of the company's I recruit for. She should be considered for a management position for sure. I know great customer service when I experience it. And she is AWESOME!! Had a horrible experience with U-HAUL itself because my initial reservation that I had was no where to be found , it was the end of the month and NO U-HAUL place in the area could accommodate me!! No one had trucks and I was furious ! Luckily I passed by here and JOSE was outside and was able to pull some strings and get me a truck ! Literally saved my whole day !!
