I’ve been coming to this UPS Store for years, and every single time, I’m blown away by the incredible customer service. Whoever hired this team knew exactly what they were doing—these guys are consistently kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. The store runs with such care and positive energy, it’s honestly a breath of fresh air.
There have been days I’ve left thinking, I should really swing by Publix and grab them a box of donuts! That’s how much I appreciate them. In a world where good service can feel rare, this team stands out every single time. Thank you for being the highlight of so many errand days!

This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I had one simple request, and they couldn’t handle it — even though they assured me it was within their capabilities. They took my money but didn’t do the job the way I asked. The staff is clearly incompetent. In the end, the job wasn’t done properly and I didn’t get a refund. Definitely not recommended.

The UPS Store Davie at Shenandoah Square
Completely Failed – Lost My Package and Denied My Insurance Claim
I am extremely disappointed with UPS and their mishandling of my shipment. My package was delayed, and the recipient was no longer at the delivery address because they had returned to their home country the next day. I immediately contacted UPS customer service, explained the situation, and requested that the package be redirected or returned to me. I was assured they would send a driver to retrieve it, but nothing was done.
To make matters even worse, UPS has now denied my claim for the insurance I paid for, citing that the package was delivered to the “correct address.” How is this acceptable when they failed to deliver it on time and knew no one was available at that address to receive it? Their refusal to honor the insurance I paid for is a blatant disregard for their responsibilities and for me as a customer.
On top of this, they also refused my request for a Guaranteed Service Refund, hiding behind a “15-day policy” when the delay and mishandling were entirely their fault. UPS has failed on every level—timely delivery, customer service, and accountability.
This ordeal has caused me significant financial loss, frustration, and inconvenience. UPS has shown they care more about policies and excuses than about resolving issues caused by their own mistakes. I will never use UPS again and strongly recommend others look elsewhere for a shipping company that values its customers and their property.

Horrible rip off.
They charged me $29.71 just to package a few parts that weighed less than 3 pounds. This did not even include shipping. I sent an employee here in a rush to help a customer. They have also charged us $2 to send them an email. (See my photos)

Service was fast and simple. In and out within 2 minutes. Got the receipt and stress free. Package will arrive on time and nothing to worry about. Great and convenient location as well.
I did not remember who helped me out but he did everything in no time and no wait needed. Priority service at this ups store. Plenty of parking.
