For users, the quality of customer service is very important; and Gabriel, the young Venezuelan who helped me, was excellent. Patient, kind, helpful, very professional. I think that if UPS could get more “Gabriels” as employees, it would totally change its image. Fedex is going bankrupt. I'm sure of it. Thanks Gabriel. Long live a free Venezuela.

The service here is amazing and continues to be that way..you are in and out very quickly - every single time I've been to this store. the employees are very kind, diligent, accurate, and professional. I haven't had a single problem at this location and I would and do highly recommend this location to other people. They give the company a very good image and impression. Since I have to return many items from Amazon for business I tend to visit many UPS locations. This by far has the best staff members that are pleasant and most friendly. I know visit this location for all my returns even if I have to drive a little further.
