The franchise owner charged me $5.25 for a 110 yard clear tape and I only received a 22 yard tape. I questioned him about the pricing and how it didn’t reflect what was on the receipt. He simply stated all the tape prices are the same, no matter the size the roll of the tape. He charged me for the size tape roll that’s used by the company to tape packages brought in by customers. This was confirmed by another UPS location. Though it’s a franchise and prices can differ, the price doesn’t reflect what any location would charge for the size tape that I received. Lack of integrity.
In addition, the young lady that serviced me, that refused to provide her name, was upset because I requested my package not be folded in half and only taped across the top border and told me it doesn’t matter how it’s taped, when it does matter when I’m paying for the service.

I needed to notarize a document and send to government which was very confusing to where it needed to go. Drew was very knowledgeable and was able to educate us on all of our options. Her excellent customer service made a stressful event a pleasant one.

I have been coming to the Davie facility for a long time and today the black gentlemen with dreds on his hair was very rude and impolite. I kindly asked for his name and he refused to give it to me. He assumed that I did not have return labels and tape for my packages and the way he asked me was not professional, I told him that I did have them and he told me I don’t see them. He should have finished with the customer he had before engaging with a second customer.I’m in the people business and he needs to understand that customers come 1st and treating them right goes a long way.

Zero customer service and very rude behavior ,,,,,.tried them once and never go back there again ….seems like I am not the only one experiencing this kind of customer service,, I have small chihuahua which he is following me always …… the guy with a optical glasses seems like not happy about what he is doing and angry about his life !!!was asking oh does this dog have a leash ?! ,,,The answer is NO ...No leash never needed either as he is a well trained friendly dog ,,,and during the past 8 years I have been to many stores and malls no one never asked this question ,,,he couldn't hold his anger for 10 sec ,,it was a amazon drop off package ...No one said hi ,,no one smiled at you when you walked in ,,,No justification for their response toward a small unleashed chihuahua ...
