Customer service was not good here. The gentleman helping me was on the rude side which is unusual for a UPS. Nothing awful but definitely did not like the experience

My experience at The UPS on Nova drive in Davie in Publix plaza was amazing!!!! The staff there went above and beyond to help me. Mya and Ben were both very helpful in supplying me with what I need. And the asst. manager Ana just Awesome to say the least. I highly recommend this location for anything shipping or printed needed

I went into this store Ana and Yesenia greeted me ask me how can i help you i had a package but no label. They was very helpful with printing out a label and taping up my package i can honestly say they above and beyond great customer service im gladly appreciate that

Wonderful customer service here! I work right next door so when I have a shipping need, this is where I go. I don't know the first thing about packing and shipping, so they always take care of it no problem and don't make you feel stupid.I was going to take the survey from the receipt but the QR code didn't work. Just wanted to give a shout out to Robert who is efficient, personable, and has a good sense of humor.
