This is an edited review. My first one was positive regarding the help I received to make the buying process very smooth, however, I took my car to to see get a diagnostic check to make sure it was safe to drive and the mechanics and technicians couldn't believe that ALL of my tires were BAD. Just hitting below legal limit. The auto shop I went to sells used cars and told me they'd never ever sell a car with even slightly bad tires, and couldn't believe a dealership got away with that. Tbh it wasn't something I noticed until they pointed it out and wouldn't have known if they didn't tell me.
I understand that I bought the car USED and signed a contact agreeing to purchase as is, but when I asked if anything major was wrong, was told that the car "looks fine". I am way out of state so I couldn't look at the car myself, (lesson learned) HOWEVER. There are certain safety measures that need to be taken that I assumed were taken during the safety inspection but apparently not. Very disappointed and now will be spending $$$ on new tires.

I think it is a good time to internally evaluate your Technical Service team. First of all, the team in charge of dealing with the customer, as I expressed in my previous comments, has an associate with the lowest standards of customer service. She does not have eye contact with her clients, she does not greet clients upon arrival or what is already inside her facilities, she is more focused on her cell phone than on correctly serving clients. The technician who performed the repairs on my vehicle did not take care to do the corresponding checks to verify if all the work done was correct. Because if I had done it, I would not have encountered the problem of the door not opening from inside the vehicle. I have had such bad times with the technical service of Mitsubishi University that I will never think of returning to that Services Technical

Salesman Lorenzo and finance guy Andy were great. They were honest and didn't try to force me to get anything that I didn't want. They were patient and explained things thoroughly. This is the 2nd car I buy from Lorenzo and University Mitsubishi. Highly recommend University Mitsubishi. The first car I bought was extremely reliable, but unfortunately, I was rear ended and it was a total loss. I had such a great experience that I went back to them for another car. Both experiences were 5 stars.

I have not purchase a vehicle in over 15 years. I went into University Mitsubishi to purchase a 2024 Outlander (SEL) model. Julie D greeted me with big smile and personality. She made my buying experience second to none. The staff was amazing and Marcus (GM) made us feel like family from minute one. University Mitsubishi has a new customer now and into the future.
