A few years ago I needed professional liability insurance and contacted the University Group. They were super responsive and professional. They were able to secure a policy for me in no time flat and anytime I've needed help with additional clients who also need to be listed as an additional insured, Mary is always "Johnny on the Spot!" She takes care care of my needs in lightening fast time. I live 300 miles away from this agency and won't change agents due to the incredible service I receive from this group!
