Needed work done on my vehicle that several other shops said they could not handle. Came in to Tune Rite and spoke with Evelyn. Explained the vehicles issues and she never hesitated, bring it in we can do the work. They are fair, honest and reliable. When Evelyn realized I was a little distressed over the estimate she explained financing options which helped me to be at ease. I really appreciate the detailed descriptions of what was wrong and the accompanying photos. Very professional from beginning to end. Highly recommended as a "go to" repair shop. ?????

First time here. Workers were professional and friendly. Good work, fair cost! The waiting room and bathroom is nice and clean. And they update maintenance items on Carfax. Will use again.

My wife’s Toyota 2014 needed shocks all around. The same was diagnosed at a Toyota dealership. I took her car in for a second opinion at Tune Rite. The tech at Tune Rite took pictures and it was more conclusive that the shocks needed to be replaced. More importantly the front brake pads were below minimum and scored the rotors so they had to be replaced. The rear brake pads were near minimum. The brake fluid was cloudy when it should be clear. The pictures really help you make a good decision. I compared the price and it was reasonable. So I had the tune rite team pick up the parts they needed that day and brought the car back the next morning and left it with them. The car rides great and my wife is now safe. The AAA discount was nice too. Recommend you bring your car into TuneRite for auto service. They treat you right.

I went in for an oil change and to fix a headlight on my Benz E350. Anthony and staff were a pleasure to deal with and answered all of my questions. The job was done in about an hour while I waited in a new comfortable and clean lounge. They provided me with a complimentary review of any issues that might or should need attention with pictures!! Clear and easy to understand. I am impressed with the technology they have at hand. Thank You!

Have been going to Tune rite for 3 years. In between going there I have gone to diferenplaces to compare. When it comes down to the service none compare. They are honest, will do what has to be done to make good on the time frames given to you. It's worth every penny. I will not change mechanic anytime soon.

Took my 18 year old original owner 2006 Nissan Frontier to have the primary, and secondary timing chains replaced. I knew the work was going to be expensive going in but wasn't concerned as much with the cost as I was concerned about the work being performed to my standards. I'm totally satisfied with the results and would highly recommend. I'm hopeful to get another 165,000 out of it. Thank you Evelyn and all the techs that had a part in my repair.

Called ahead to ask about a single tire replacement and they told me they would be able to help me out no problem and that they could get me in and out quickly.
For 2 hours I sat in their waiting room after they took my keys, watching as everyone who came in after me was serviced and left. I was told that they only needed to do a tire patch job before they could get to my vehicle. Not a single employee mentioned to me why it was taking so long to change a single tire. I tried getting several employees attention politely and they all walked past me or ignored me. At some point I just wanted to tell them to just put the tire on the rim and I'll change it myself since it was taking ages for them to do anything.
After 2 hours of what I was told would be a quick and easy job, I was finally given my keys back and sent on my way. Only then did I check my trunk and found that the mechanics didn't even bother to put the spare back properly and bolt it down- it was just thrown into the spare well loose along with the lug key, jack, and paneling that should cover it. Couldn't even do the most basic due diligence after swapping out a spare tire and would've left anyone with loose tools rattling around the spare well.

Soon as my husband walked in he felt like he was racially profiled. A woman approached him aggressively ( in front of everyone) and didn’t even allow him to explain our car issues cut him off while he was explaining and told him to bring the car in. If only she would’ve let him continue she would’ve known that the car could not be driven there. It’s ok because I will take my money else where. To think I went of the reviews online……probably fake ijs if not then it’s obvious they pick and choose who to help.
