Excellent experience not once but twice! First, our Nissan Rogue transmission went out. For most, a bad transmission is a major concern. Where do you even begin? So glad we came to Transmissio Pro and spoke to Mike. He sat us down and went over our options, clearly stating the details of each option and costs associated. We made our decision and Mike went to work on it. Before you know, we get a call to come pick up the Rogue. We drove it and it was perfect ?
Just called in again as the transmission went out on my Ford. Again, Mike gathered the information he needed, he made some calls and he found that my transmission was still covered by my extended warranty (which I had purchased when I bought my used car from Ford). In my mind, that warranty had already expired (it expires in less than 3 weeks!) How happy was I when Mike called me back to tell me I was covered under warrantyfrom Ford and to have it towed there! If I could leave 10 Stars I would! If you have an issue with your transmission, or any other vehicle service you may need, do not hesitate to call!
Mike is honest and does excellent work!

Dreaded Ford Focus owner here! My transmission light cams on and my car wouldn't shift out of first gear. I found Transmission Pro on a frantic google search and called Mike the next morning. We carefully drove my car to his shop and let him take the wheel, pun intended! He was extremely honest and respectful from Day 1 and kept me in the loop with everything he was doing. I'd most definitely recommend transmission pro for all your transmission needs!

We took our truck to transmission pro for a second opinion on our transmission replacement recommended by Chevy, and I'm so glad we did. Mike saved us a lot of money with upgraded parts. I literally researched every single transmission shop in Broward County for someone to do the maintenance on my transmission and this shop was by far the best and then my actual experience did not disappoint. True professionals, 30+ years experience and small business and in the garage, it's a neat, clean, organized as if they were professionals and took pride in their craft. They have motors and transmissions that they're actively building and working on, this isn't an oil change shop, although they do that, they're doing professional jobs that requires real education and training and this is exactly who you want to work on your vehicle. Highly recommend.

My story, My car dealership Phil Smith Kia Lighthouse Pnt, misinformed me that my car needed an engine and transmission. For 4 months I walked six blocks or more. took a bus and a Uber to get my son and I around. It cost me
between $ 40 to $60 a day for transportation for us.
I was referred to this company by 3 Uber drivers whom i shared my storywith about why i was even in a Uber. So that was my confirmation from God. I took my car there and Mike and his wife Tory were amazing. They are the most honest people I have ever met in this business. Mike found out all the problems. Order all the original Kia parts from a Kia dealership in less than a week and fix my car. I was overwhelmed with tears of joy. I'm so humble to say that. This is the best place that you can bring your car into to do business with, someone that is honest. Mike will get you set back on the road safe. The customer service is elite can the professionalism and the care is one of a kind. They will also work with warranty insurance if you have that too. You are most definitely in good hands here. They make you feel like family and they make sure you're OK and they call you within a week to make sure you're still doing good and extend their help if needed I can't say enough wonderful things about this establishment and people that work here. I have an older '93 Ford Bronco. When my transmission would not go into gear I searched for a company with a good reputation to fix what needed fixing. After reading the reviews I settled on Mike's shop. The reviews were glowing and from the first phone call they were up front and responsive and didn't hesitate to say they could handle my older vehicle. I had it towed to their shop and they found out that the cheap radiator the previous owner had installed caused coolant to leak into the transmission through the cooler lines. They did a full rebuild of the internals and replaced the radiator in very short order. They were not the cheapest in town but they appeared to take pride in their work and had a high attention to detail. The old Bronco was driving smooth as butter when I picked it up and has been for almost two months. The only thing I wish is that the warranty was longer than 12 months but I guess if anything major is going to happen, it will happen in that time period. Thanks Mike and company for a smooth repair!

Mike at Transmission Pro is a real stand up guy spent over an hour finding me a replacement transmission for my Lexus SC430 after several calls he located one with 57,000 miles and a super low price not bad for a 22yr old transmission really took the time to go over options available including even other shops definitely went above and beyond
