It's bad enough that customer service has declined overall, but it's midnight on Thursday. This woman working tonight at Tom Thumb is declining customers and saying they're closed. Hopefully, the owner sees this review and changes his business hours from (open 24 hrs ) to open till midnight because she's doing time fraud and on your dime. We need to do better!!

Lady was very rude. I bought wrap, she handed me one that didn’t feel good so I asked her for a different one. She gave me a hard time and told me I can go someplace else.

I have been going to your gas station at davie along with alot of my friends and family that live in the area and I have to say you have an employee his name is Victor and I purposely go there because he treats his customers with such kindness and always so pleasant unlike other places I go not only can he help customers that don’t speak Spanish but he can help all customers English and Spanish and that is extremely important now a days to be able to communicate with the people you are helping there should be more. Workers like that in all kinds of gas stations that sell a lot of different things I asked a young lady the name of the Mgr and was given Carla so I would like her to read this and I also plan on calling your corporate office because I feel when an employee does a great job they should be recognized thank you for your time Marcia Tavares

Victor definitely needs more hours in this gas station he’s very kind, and sometimes other employees seem to be kind of rude speaks well, English, and really takes care of his customers I would like to see him there more often plz do so

The new manager, Carla, is a terror with her most unprofessional and tyrannical style of dealing with her staff. She ignores customers and has no qualms about berating her staff in front of patrons. Now, there are new people working for her, all of whom seem nervous and uncomfortable. Yes, gas prices are good, but the university crowd has many choices in Davie. Why management would hire such an obnoxious and untrained person to represent their establishment in this community is a mystery to this patron who will NEVER return! You have lowered your reputation exponentially.

Came in to use the atm and to grab some lunch. The ATM works everyone! The Lunch part didn't work for me as the guy was a complete donkey. I asked the guy behind the counter for a slice of cheese pizza. They only had pepperoni he said. I said I'll do pepperoni thanks. He snarked back and said "you can get it." As the pizza is behind the counter and definitely not a self serve I didn't feel comfortable getting it myself. Also the guy was on his phone. Won't be back
