Was looking to try a new Vape with little to no nicotine to break my habit. The gentleman who is in there showed me what he had available and I picked one that was strawberry banana. It was very harsh and tasted nothing like it. He told me to hold on and he would help me. After helping another customer I showed him another one I wanted to try instead. he was going to charge me double for it. I advised him I wasn't going to keep the other one and he said that he couldn't take it back because I didn't like the flavor. I advised him the flavor didn't taste as described on the package. All he said was sorry and thats it. Horrible product and horrible customer service

I have been a customer of this shop for years and I could not be happier. Great customer service! Very well located and they are always bringing in new merchandise for their customers. Hands down a classy operation.

All I can say is wow. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this location and just found out who they really are. As a courtesy, I call 15 minutes before they close to let them know I’ll be arriving 5+ minutes before closing. The person on the phone then tells me they are closing already. I confirm with them that closing time is 7pm and asked if it’s okay if they honored their closing time since I’m already on the way and will 100% arrive 5 minutes before closing. They said no they are closing the store. I mentioned leaving a review about the closing time so people know, and they simply say fine and hang up. Great service!

This is one of my favorite stores ever. I don't leave reviews often, but the service that the employee/owner has given every time I go in is amazing and thoughtful. She's gone out of her way to be helpful and showed that she really cares about her customers. The personal attention and effort that goes in to making sure I get the best product, that's high quality, and just what I'm looking for is unmatched. The value for what you get here is above and beyond any store I've ever been to.

Mostly a head shop. They don’t even have tobacco pipe filters and a poor selection of tobacco blends. Plus bad customer service, overall fail with these guys. Better ordering online from a larger tobacco chain.

I bought a humidor from them, The team was very knowledgeable, and friendly. Helped me with every step of the way while setting it up. I was not expecting such great customer service from them. As we live in a world where everything is online and customer service doesn't mean much to most, I value it and that is what keeps me going there to buy cigars and anything else I may need. Great selection and I love to support this company.
