We would never work with TLC National Title ever again. We found Carol Saxton to be very aggressive, confrontational and rude. She even made litigation threats to me that I was not moving fast enough. I am 81 years old and had to have help from an attorney and was waiting on them to get me the information I needed. She rushed me so much I wasn't able to wait for their consult on my transaction. It wasn't a smooth process and she made it stressful for me and my family. We have worked with many Title companies over the years and never dealt with anything or anyone like this before.

Excellent experience! Everyone was very professional and attentive. Emails and calls were replied too immediately. Closing agent was very knowledgeable and thorough. Appointment was on time. Carol and her team were all friendly. Small touches like a big congratulations written on a board with our family name, added that extra caring touch. Will recommend them to anyone needing title and homeowners insurance.

What appeared to be a smooth and seamless title process, quickly turned into nightmare working with TLC.
TLC changed, without notice or consent from ourselves (the purchaser) or the seller, the legal description of a piece of property that we had purchased, based on an arbitrary document that was dug up (by TLC) from years prior. This resulted in a two and a half month fight with TLC to correctly restore the description of our rightful piece of property, the way it was described originally by Broward County. An attorney was obtained to help us through the process.
We strongly urge anyone thinking of buying or selling real estate to work directly with an attorney. The lack of professionalism and knowledge displayed by TLC Title Company was quite apparent when comparing our experiences purchasing and selling with real estate attorneys in the past.
