The groomer who arrived at my home I will not name because I hold the business responsible for the beyond terrible overall service I was given, not the employee. The groomer was less than short with words and not polite. The groomer told me he clearly understood my instructions for the grooming. I even presented photos. To say I was shocked when I seen my dog after the grooming service would be a huge understatement. The groomer just ignored my instructions and as quoted " I did what I felt would look better", And to top it off, my dog had 2 small cuts on her hind legs. I asked the owner only to have the Vet bills covered for the visit and my request was denied. And I was told directly by the owner "to find another grooming company, there are plenty". If you love your pets do not contact this company.

WARNING!!!!DO NOT GIVE YOUR ANIMAL OVER TO THESE PEOPLE!!! DANGEROUS!!!! My cat Fallon has now been in the ER for 16 hours and still has to stay another 20 under both seizure and respiratory watch before they will discharge her. KEEP READING. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT NOBODY ENTRUSTS THESE PEOPLE WITH THEIR ANIMALS.Fallon had an appointment with TLC Pet Care Services and is now in the ER HOSPITAL AFTER SUFFERING A SEIZURE AND HAS A CONTUSION ON HER LUNG. This man had no idea what he was doing and was excessively forceful with my cat to the point of injury. From the very beginning the whole thing was suspicious. I had scheduled my appt for 5:45, it was accepted, and then they tried to change it to 2:45 without telling me. After I called and said I could not do that time they “agreed” to come at 5. Which was barely doable for me.When the man arrived he didn’t have a phone charger and asked to borrow one from me. I immediately felt uneasy leaving my cat alone with him in that van. Call it a mother’s instinct. When I returned with the charger I asked if I could stay inside the van for the grooming because she was very nervous and quite frankly so was I. He said no, that customers were not allowed and that there was a security camera in the van and he would get in trouble if a customer was seen inside. This man had obviously never groomed a cat before. I had scheduled asking for a lion cut because she has long hair and gets matted in the back. He immediately began rattling off reasons as to why he couldn’t do a lion cut. “Her hair isn’t long enough” etc etc….My cat is a long haired, fluffy cat who has had multiple successful lion cuts.I left hesitantly and stood outside the van the entire time. I just had a feeling something was wrong.I then got a call about an hour later from the company asking me to go inside the van because “the cat was scared and pooping on herself every time the groomer tried to BLOW DRY HER.” I ran inside. The man claimed he tried to wash her “SEVEN TIMES” because she kept pooping on herself from the scare of the blow dryer. SEVEN TIMES he put her through this trauma. Fallon was quiet, terrified, UNKNOWINGLY INTERNALLY BLEEDING, and covered in her own feces.I don’t know what happened in that van, but I intend to find out via said “security camera.” The misconduct was severe enough to cause my cat to have a seizure from the injuries inflicted upon her by this man. She is only 3 and has never had a seizure. She was in perfect health. I got her back with a botched haircut—looked like chunks were taken out with scissors, mismatched layers, places that are buzzed, and she was even dirtier and smellier than before the appointment. But I didn’t even CARE about the haircut or the hygiene. I just wanted her back and safe with me.As soon as I got her back inside I knew something had gone terribly wrong. Fallon was completely off, barely moving, and sleeping constantly. This man HURT my cat. It was obvious. And then the SEIZURE HAPPENED.The ER doctors say after the grooming she immediately went into traumatic stress. Precisely 30 hours after the appointment Fallon suffered a seizure from what turned out to be a pulmonary contusion from this man. Presumably from him being so aggressive with her and trying to force wash and dry her 7 times. “Do not let these people touch her ever again,” is what the doctor said to me.I am the most trusting and understanding person, I’ve never written a review before let alone a BAD one, but I need everyone to STAY AWAY from this company. Do NOT trust your babies with these people. I want this place shut down permanently. If anyone wants more details on this horrific event please feel free to DM me.KEEP YOUR ANIMALS SAFE. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. DANGEROUS AND ABSOLUTELY HORRIFYING.

This is my baby Rambo, a blue heeler Australian cattle dog, and let me tell you that the 7 day obedience training and boarding with Tylie was a GAME- CHANGER.Rambo was displaying behaviors (normal puppy behavior) of over excitement (jumping on people), selective hearing (choosing not to listen), and other tendencies such as ripping up toys. Heelers are known to have a lot of energy, but have the ability to perform on a very high level if trained properly. My boyfriend and I babied Rambo a lot in the beginning when we got him so as time went on it became a little bit challenging for us to correct some of those behaviors.Tylie came highly recommended to us by a long time friend and let me tell you she is a total expert at what she does. I feel like we have a completely new dog! She taught commands specific to Rambo’s needs and went above and beyond with keeping us in the loop throughout the entire training by sending us videos and updates, which helped us learn how to now use the same commands at home.We are so grateful to now have a better understanding on how to parent our sweet Rambo and he is so much happier having more structure and rewards in place. It’s a win-win and we could not do it without TLC Pet Care Services.

Friendly customer service. The guy who groomed my cat was so gentle and kind. I went to pick her up and she was sitting on the table like she was right at home. I will use them again.

Awful. Charged an extra $20 per dog for nail trimming even though it stated it was included on a groom and didn’t even cut the nails. Two dogs $200 for nothing. Find a true reputable groomer. Groomer didn’t speak English at all so I couldn’t even ask for the service to be performed correctly. Cut one nail on one paw and didn’t even trim the others.

I wish I could give 0 stars after my horrible experience with TLC Pet Care Services! I left my dog there for a few days as my family and I could not bring our puppy with us. I thought they would be good people but I knew I shouldn't have left him there from the start. The second we got in there to drop him off my puppy he growled at the lady that takes the dogs to there room and she yelled at him!!! I left very particular instructions for them that they did not follow. I asked for an update and photo everyday and they barely even did that I had to text and even if I did they would barely give me any info. They called my dog aggressive and neglected him by leaving him in his suit and wouldn't even take him out to use the bathroom. I couldn't take him to our normal place because they were booked up. I KNOW for a fact that this is not how you treat dogs because the regular place I take my dog they can tell that he gets nervous and that just happens with dogs and when I have him at our normal place(VCA Stirling) they treat him with much love, give us many updates, and treats my pup with kindness and respect as you should with somebody's beloved pet. I will NEVER EVER take my pup back there again and I don't think you should either.

Mobile groomer (Jessie) broke my dog's leg when she was 5 old in 2 places. The owner (Tylie) lied about owing the business and begged me not to post anything on social media. I had to hire an attorney to cover her medical expenses, including surgery. Tylie "thought"surgery was not necessary. And wanted me to take my dog to her veterinarian as she did not think surgery was necessary not something she needed. Tylie is NOT an orthopedic surgeon nor a veterinarian. This happened about 3 years ago. Tylie paid the $ to cover costs over several months and was late several times. She did fire the groomer. I waited to post this review because I thought it was the right thing to do, until now. Zero ethics. Tylie does not do background checks on employees. Jessie had a record of failed grooming businesses. TLC has many fake reviews from employees / employees partners (ie: Melina was / is Jessie's partner) here on yelp and on Google. Beware! Please contact me if you would like additional info.

Do not use TLC groomers ever. They hurt my dog They got a new guy, the guy came out Friday night and near the end of the grooming, sent me a text that the dog would be ready in five minutes and if I didn't come out in five minutes, he would charge me an extra dollar an hour for every minute that I didn't come out I came out right away because that didn't sit right with me when I got out the door was cracked open a good amount and I caught him him yanking my dog up hard by the tail to the point where his feet lifted way off of the table and not lifting his tail but literally grabbed full fisted and yanked him so hard he squealed hard I screamed. What are you doing give me my dog now! and he looked stunned that I caught him. I took my dog and I said why did you cut his hair off (I had not only told him not to cut his hair but it is also in the order and on file with the. company because my dog is a Pomsky and their hair is protective and regulates their temperature so you are never supposed to cut it off) why did you yank him up and hurt him and yelled give me my dog now and I had to get on with the company this guy made up 3 excuses just to the office manager then they said they would have the owner manager call between the calls I said to the guy why would you abuse my dog why would you yank him hurt him and he said oh the dog doesn't care I said he does and you hurt him and he said oh he was kicking I said no he wasn't he was just standing there you know I was there and I saw you do it with my own two eyes and the jerk shrugged and smiled and then the manager/owner called me and wanted to charge me a fee for the shampoo and the haircut I told them multiple times not to do and told this guy not to do because she was sorry for what happened to my dog but she has expenses and it's the holidays then tried to throw a guilt trip on me that I needed to be more sympathetic to her full plate of expenses, rather than worrying about my dog getting yanked in the air and hurt and now I'm scared of what else they may have done THESE ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!! It was so abusive he yanked him so hard that he's lucky his tail isn't broken, I filed a police report

We just had our first at home grooming with Ray he was very courteous and did a great job. Booking through the app was easy and I received a quick reply. Everyone I have spoken with has been friendly and helpful and I will continue to use them in the future.
