Best service I’ve had in a while. Walked in 10 min before closing. Guys were super friendly, understanding ant supportive. They fixed my car within 15 min. Brandon delivered exceptional customer service. I would recommend this place all day long.

I cannot speak highly enough about this tire kingdom/mavis location. I’ve come here numerous of times and only receive exceptional service. Jeremy especially has gone above and beyond for me and deserves recognition and a raise. As an example I went today to a Tires Plus (Pembroke Pines) because I’ve now moved, had a nail, and it was the closest to me. They tried to sell me a new tire saying mines was not fixable. I wanted a second opinion since I know Tires Plus is known for “scamming”. I came to my location and spoke to my now friend Jeremy. Turns out my tire can be patched and didn’t need to be completely replaced like I was told. The honesty of this place is impeccable. I appreciate Jeremy and his positive attitude! I’ve seen him numerous of times coming here and really feel like he’s now family. Thank you Jeremy! I hope you get the raise and recognition you deserve.

Went in to the shop to have a nail removed and my tire patched. I left my car with the shop and in 20 minutes I came back and found out the nail hadn't punctured the tire and no patching was needed. I felt quite silly, but the shop didn't charge me a dime and they were honest with me. I have a lot of respect for the people that work here and the shop itself. Would definitely come back.

Came in with a nail in my tire and Jeremy tended to it right away! Excellent customer service and I had a great experience waiting for it to be fixed. He worked efficiently and timely. Request Jeremy for all of your tire needs!!

Five stars for the guys over here at tire Kingdom Davie. Had a puncture on 595 while in route to Fort Myers. The guys got me up and running in less than an hour with a good patch.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’m very disappointed with the service at this location. I’ve been coming to this Tire Kingdom for years and have never had such bad service. I made an appointment on September 16th to change my tires and check my brakes. Upon arrival, the front desk employee told me three tires needed replacing. I mentioned my brakes needed to be checked, which was also in my appointment, but nothing was done.
After being told the wait would be around one and a half hours, but waiting five hours, I found out only two tires were changed and the brakes weren’t checked. A week and a half later, my car was shaking at high speeds. When I returned, the same front desk employee said I needed to change the third tire, something we had already discussed. He was dismissive and rude when I questioned why it wasn’t done earlier, even making fun of me to his coworkers.
Eventually, a more professional employee stepped in, explaining I needed new front brake pads, which confirmed that my brakes were never checked during my first visit. On top of all this, they forgot to put my hubcap back on, so I now have to return a third time. After years of great service, I won’t be coming back due to the negligence and poor treatment I experienced.

I go here pretty often to make sure that my tires are properly inflated and don't have any holes or anything The staff is always wonderful nicest people
