“Stopped by without an appointment to have my tire checked. Was told it could take up to an hour and a half because I had a few people in front of me. To my surprise , it only took 30 minutes! Turns out I had a nail in my tire. This place was fantastic! The man running the front was very nice and helpful. I will definitely recommend and be going back!”

“I took my car in to TK Nova for a very slow leak in a tire. Mike was so courteous, kind and caring. And the tech was on his way to lunch, but instead went right to work to find the leak. They found it, fixed it and I was out of there in 20 minutes. What an amazing crew. I will definitely return for service. Thanks Mike, you're the best.”
“Was in need of a quality oil change in my VW decided to pull in Kovac automotive wasn’t sure what to expect as VW dealership usually does the service.. I was greeted warmly and was taking in with no appointment so off to a good start . The service tech Courtney who serviced car was amazing friendly knowledgeable and approachable to ask questions! So happy he was there the man knows his cars took a lot of stress off me do to his knowledge and understanding of my older VW he even programmed my return mileage which VW couldn’t figure out ?

Some things that will help you when you go get tires with Costco:
-I recommend calling to get the process started and seeing if they have your car’s tires in stock.
-You can order in-store or online. They did not have tires in stock for my BMW. Took about a week for them to come in.
-You will get an email to book an appointment based on store availability. All done online.
-When you bring your car in MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A WHEEL LOCK with you if applicable for your car. Otherwise they will not be able to change tires and will turn you away
-The day of they recommend parking in designated spots that are facing the mechanic garage, or somewhere close by on the edge of the parking lot.
-They said about 1 hr 30 minutes but my experience was closer to 3 hours.”
“My wife had a flat tire on the highway and we were getting a tow. I found this place purely because it was close to our house. I called to see if they had to to get us fixed up, knowing that it was close to their closing time, I was crossing my fingers. The manager answered the phone, I believe Kevin was his name, and he was very polite and professional, he reassured me that he and his team could knock our tire out before they closed for the evening. When I arrived with our car and the tow truck, the guys in the garage noticed some additional damage to our vehicle and went out of their way to document the damage and send me all of the pictures. I was very impressed with all the guys there and I highly recommend this spot to everyone in need of some auto care!! Great experience. Thank you.”
