“Stopped by without an appointment to have my tire checked. Was told it could take up to an hour and a half because I had a few people in front of me. To my surprise , it only took 30 minutes! Turns out I had a nail in my tire. This place was fantastic! The man running the front was very nice and helpful. I will definitely recommend and be going back!”

“Was in need of a quality oil change in my VW decided to pull in Kovac automotive wasn’t sure what to expect as VW dealership usually does the service.. I was greeted warmly and was taking in with no appointment so off to a good start . The service tech Courtney who serviced car was amazing friendly knowledgeable and approachable to ask questions! So happy he was there the man knows his cars took a lot of stress off me do to his knowledge and understanding of my older VW he even programmed my return mileage which VW couldn’t figure out ?

Some things that will help you when you go get tires with Costco:
-I recommend calling to get the process started and seeing if they have your car’s tires in stock.
-You can order in-store or online. They did not have tires in stock for my BMW. Took about a week for them to come in.
-You will get an email to book an appointment based on store availability. All done online.
-When you bring your car in MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A WHEEL LOCK with you if applicable for your car. Otherwise they will not be able to change tires and will turn you away
-The day of they recommend parking in designated spots that are facing the mechanic garage, or somewhere close by on the edge of the parking lot.
-They said about 1 hr 30 minutes but my experience was closer to 3 hours.”
“Firestone has excellent employees that give incredible service. The prices are reasonable, especially with the coupons that they give you when you sign up for their emails. When buying tires though Costco is the better bet because they include installation in the price of the tires.”
