Always a positive experience at this location! The girls here are so nice and helpful and always are attentive and actually pay attention to customers instead of chatting with each other like other locations. This one is worth the extra drive.

So I’ve not been to the store YET!! However, I called at 7:55pm; five minutes before closing and I got Kirsten on the phone. Such a kind & friendly voice and extremely willing not only to help but go WAY above and beyond!!I was calling for a specific shoe in a specific size & online showed them available at this Davie location. I was hoping they would ship it from there to me in East Delray Beach, and save me the 45 minute drive. Unfortunately, their system does not allow for that. You must be present to make a purchase!I said no problem and figured I would make my way down eventually or just order them online…but Kirsten was like “oh that’s far, I’ve an idea… How about I call our other stores? that are closer to you and save you the drive?”I said wow, Really? Thank you but that’s a lot of extra work for you and I know you are closing. I can call them myself, but thank you so much …Kirsten went on to say… “ I will probably reach them faster since their caller ID will show it is another store contacting them… Plus, Sometimes their inventory is not updated online and they just might have them in stock. I really wouldn’t mind Courtney, would you like me to see if another location closer to you has them available?”Wow!! I was floored and so pleased to be chatting with someone as awesome as Kirsten!! And not just because she was helping me! She proceeded to call not one but three locations and found them available for me!Kirsten is a stellar individual, someone who enjoys helping others, and goes out of their way to ensure their happiness! Very friendly, smart, and kind! The world could use a few more Kirsten‘s around, we’d all benefit! ???

Great kool store friendly staff !A big Thank you ! To Kerstin young lady should be a manager I hope she is however very professional friendly and knowledgeable about store products and customer service very happy she was there ! Lots of kool clothing items to chose from!

bad customer service, wait like is really long, and clothing items are limited. don’t come here unless you want to be disappointed. i would’ve gave it zero stars, but that’s not possible.

As the other reviews say, the wait time for purchasing your items is insane! I had brought some items to the counter and also wanted to place an online order. Waited almost 30mins because they kept getting my address wrong and had to scan everything over again. I feel bad making this review, but it was honestly not a great experience

Literally writing this review while standing in line. Been in like for 23 minutes with 2 people in front of me. I’m not the one making the purchase as I would have left 20 mins ago if it was. People behind me have now sat on the floor waiting to check out. Horrible.

This store has improved immensely. At my teenager's request, we went in to find a couple of pieces before our trip and from the moment we walked in, the associates seemed to compete to greet us. When we circled around for a few minutes, one of the girls came to us and asked if she could help. I shared with her what we were looking for and she jumped at the opportunity to assist. She even offered to call other stores to see if the shirt my daughter liked was available. The store was in tip-top shape and they weren't "dead." Although it was late and our trip was in the morning--therefore, we couldn't drive to any other Tillys, the service was excellent and I won't hesitate in coming back!

Unfortunately, this company doesn't care about any customer. After they get your money they won't hold responsibility for the delivery. It's unacceptable how they treat the customer. Do your self a favor, DO NOT BUY FROM TILLYS, otherwise your money will be stolen from you!!!!!

I came in to browse but noticed that their clearance section had an additional 30% off discount on already marked down items. Hey, I'm all about a good deal, so why not? The store itself is large and organized and the staff were very nice (although I had to help myself into the dressing room bc there was no attendant). I have one huge issue and it's big enough to make me pretty angry and not come back again. I purchased a dress and when I got home, I noticed that the security dye tag was still staples to the dress. What the heck? When I left the store the day before, the alarm MUST HAVE gone off (of course I didn't hear it as I was LEAVING the store). Why didn't a single person come after me to let me know??! Instead, I got all the way home (and home is a full hour away plus toll fare). I immediately called the store and reported it and asked for some kind of compensation for my inconvenience. When I got to the store today, the young lady CLEARLY was expecting me because as I was pulling the dress out of the bag, before saying anything, she was already starting the apologies for the inconvenience. How about offer me a store credit or SOMETHING!! I got the dress on clearance but by the time I paid for gas and turnpike toll both ways, I ended up paying full price. the Tilly's chains in Cali were way better. Won't be back to this place. Wish I would have read the crappy Yelp reviews before spending my money and wasting my time
