Her dedication and passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere in her store are truly inspiring. The store itself looks incredible - clean, stylish, and inviting. It's evident that every detail has been thoughtfully curated.The dogs at TeaCups, Puppies & Boutique look amazing as well! Denise's commitment to their well-being shines through in every aspect of the store. Terrible service. Was buzzed in, not one person greeted me. I counted 6 employees and not one greeted me. There was other 1 client which was being attended by 1 of the 6 employees. The other 5 employees didn't even bother to say "hi or how may I help you?" I was ready to shop, but due to the terrible service and not even being acknowledged I left. I will take my business elsewhere.

I have never left a Google review today but after my interaction today I had to. I normally love this store. It is clean and I come here all the time to get things for my Maltese, Buttercup. The staff is normally very friendly but today I had an unpleasant interaction. A woman in purple scrubs with short, black curly hair (I did not get her name) was incredibly short and rude to me. It was almost as if she did not want us to see the puppies (I have been thinking of getting Buttercup a companion) She would not answer my questions and did not seem eager to help anyone.

They say “pets are people too” but the pets are not treated well. my heart broke when I saw the puppies cramed in the tiny cages … there are even some puppies that have been there for over 6 months. They are in a cage they barley fit into. It’s like being in jail. It’s very sad. They deserve a nice life and they need to run around and play. They can’t be locked up like that. It’s so sad. I really hope they find owners because they are suffering in there. ??? They told me they send the dogs to the pound if they don’t get taken soon

Donna and Eleonora are great! Amazing service and great knowledge of their business.I have known them for years and their puppies are well taken care of, beautiful and we wouldn't get a puppy from anyone else.Highly recommend them to anyone!

I can’t say enough Great things about dealing with TeaCups Puppies & Boutique!First we we’re greeted so friendly & the place is Beautiful. I was lucky enough to be taken care of by Donna. She was AWESOME with us, not only sweet, kind & very patient with us while we picked our new baby. Donna was Excellent with caring about what we wanted. She Loves what she does & she Loves all the puppies. I could have never asked for a better experience. We ended up getting a toy Maltese that is Absolutely PERFECT!! We left there feeling like we had know Donna for years!! If your looking for a Terrific new baby I would tell you to go to TeaCup Puppies Boutique! It’s the BEST I’ve ever dealt with, the way they take care of you is Unbelievable. We would feel confident to call if we had any questions.We actually received a phone call a week later just to check how the puppy was doingBLESSED WITH A TOY MALTESE!?❤️

I truly can't say enough about my experience with Tea Cups puppies Boutique. Actually from the moment I stepped into the store was greeted so Friendly. I dealt with Donna who was Wonderful & took all the time I needed to decide on what puppy I wanted.Donna was so patient with me & went out of her way to make me happy. By the time I left the store I felt like I knew her my whole life. I knew I could call on her anytime I needed to ask her anything about my maltese puppy.I LOVED dealing with all the people at this Beautiful store, & would advise anyone who wants personal attention, this is the place to buy you're new baby to love. I can absolutely say Donna LOVES her puppies & what she does, I will never forget how AWESOME Donna was to me!! Thank you for being the BestJoanne Rodriguez

I can't say enough good things about Teacups, Puppies & Boutique. I purchased a gorgeous teacup maltese puppy from Donna and Eleonora at Teacups, Puppies & Boutique. My puppy was hand picked especially for me. She has a baby doll face, and a stunning personality to match. The store even video called with with me so I could see her and pick out everything I wanted to come with her. When she arrived, they also gave me careful instructions in caring for her because of her very small size. It was a great experience working with extremely knowledgeable and passionate duo. I will definitely work with them again!Look at this puppy! Who wouldn't love her?!?!

I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to write this one. My mother has gotten three dogs from Eleonora and Donna over the years. She recently lost her two Chihuahuas who lived to be 16 and 17. When the second of the two was close to the end of his life (to help cushion the blow), my sister and I convinced her to visit the boutique to at see if she felt a connection with a new pup. I live in California but was in town so was able to join her. She seemed to spark to an older male Biewer terrier (a rare breed we never heard of?). She was concerned a puppy would be too much work, but this boy (spoiler alert: she named him Linus) was the calmest pup we'd ever met. After a short think on it, she decided to adopt him (given her track record with the boutique it was an easy decision). He is truly the love of her life. And 1000% healthy. When it came time for her second Chihuahua to "cross the rainbow bridge," it didn't hurt quite as bad since Linus was there to give her all the love she needed to get through it. He is one of sweetest and most well-behaved dogs on earth. I truly believe a lot of his demeanor is a result of being around so many people in the boutique on a daily basis. Nothing rattles him. He just loves people! And he does NOT bark - - which was an adjustment for my mom. Soon after, my longtime Havanese of 15 1/2 years also passed. Since I live in California and travel back and forth to South Florida, I didn't want to have two dogs at once. The pain of losing my girl was so unbearable, I wasn't sure how quickly I wanted another. I always wanted a Goldendoodle, but knew they were just too big for me, since I needed a dog small enough to travel (10-15lbs max). I went to the teacups website and there he was! The most incredible red mini Goldendoodle boy! I immediately texted Eleonora who said he just passed all his health testing and had become available the day before. Fate?? Since I was not in town at the time, my family went to meet him and it was a very easy decision (even sight unseen)... QUINCY was coming home to California! I did want him to hang in the store a little longer just to get some of their "organic socialization." Donna was totally cool with that plan and organized the dog Nanny, Stephanie to fly him to me 10 days later. THE best experience. Stephanie is a total pro. I have to admit, it has been a while since I've had a puppy, so I was a bit anxious. But once getting a system in place - - this boy is quite truly the smartest dog I have ever seen. It has been a little over two weeks and he is basically 75% potty trained. True story. I will admit, I am very persistent (you have to be) - - but given his intelligence level.. just WOW! He is smarter than most people. To those who wrote of unhealthy puppies... there are no guarantees in life. Humans are born everyday with health issues. There is only so much you can control, especially when it comes to mother nature. You can get a pup from a rescue, the pound or a breeder who could easily have health issues. It is a risk we take in exchange for the joy these babies give us. The pros heavily outweigh the cons in my opinion. Think of Donna and Eleanora as "puppy brokers." They do all the leg work for you (vetting health, breeders) so you know you have a high probability of a healthy pup. I wouldn't even know where to begin to find my dog?! Plus given the fact they've been doing this for almost three decades, know EXACTLY what they are doing. Yes, they could be considered a bit pricey, but it is a service they provide and I am a firm believer in "you get what you pay for." If you are looking for a small dog (doesn't have to be a Teacup) then run, don't walk to Teacups Puppies & Boutique! You will be sooo glad you did.Attached are pictures of these gorgeous (inside and out) pups.

I purchased a beautiful baby tea cup Yorkie from Donna and Eleonora at Teacups, puppies and boutique ! Mia was a special order and hand picked by Donna. She is beyond gorgeous and sweet , the most special dog ever. They also gave me careful instructions in caring for her and assured me that I could call them anytime of day if I had a question or any concerns. The boutique is spectacular and Mia is the most well dressed puppy in town. Donna and Eleonora are beyond special people and extremely knowledgeable!They truly love what they do. ?

Our puppy turned out much better than I thought was possible. She has such a great personality and great behavior. She is super smart. We all love her.Dont leave without speaking to the owner. I thought " why do I have to speak to her before leaving with my puppy"? Her info is important and her advice was very helpful, concerning food, health, bathroom teaching, etc.I cant say anything negative about our experience.

I bought two toy Maltese's (brother and sister) from here 8 years ago! They have been amazing, healthy dogs that have changed my life. I can’t thank TeaCups enough for bringing these babies into my life! Highly recommend this place! Two on the left are the brother and sister. Right dog is a rescue I adopted sometime after.
