At Tax Pros you will receive professional, elite, customer service.Daryl, is exceptionally knowledgeable in filing business taxes as well as personal taxes! The office staff is courteous and assisted me with gathering all of the necessary documents needed prior to my appointment. I highly recommend Tax Pros for everyone to file their taxes!

Are you people working at all or what? I previously spoke with your secretary about a week ago asking about what work TJ had done for me. He was supposed to open up an LLC for me and I never heard back. For what you all charge I def expect better! I have called every day twice a day and you all never answer. If you didn't do the work just let me know...

I have gone to many people over the years, but no one is as detailed and patient as Tax Pros! My husband, his family, and now my family goes here. Daryl does exceptional work. I don’t trust anyone else with my taxes anymore!

I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for trustworthy, reliable and honest professionals to honor time and work. It’s been a headache having to check in with people who say they’re going to have my documents completed on this day and time and end up being so unreliable over and over! Trust me I am patient and understanding but this place is a complete joke. They don’t do what they say they’re going to do when they say they’re going to do it. They also gave me wrong tax information which would’ve been a big mess with the government. They’re not educated and up to date. I have dealt with more than two employees at this location and it’s all the same. Please taxes are already meticulous enough. Find people who honor their job and yours and don’t go here!!!

I'm currently on hold with the IRS as Tax Pros didn't even file my taxes for me! The representative PJ charged me money for a service not rendered! Such a scam!

Paid $189 for them to NOT even file my taxes. This place is a scam!! We called back and they claimed they were “too busy†to look into our case! SCAM!!!

I come here every year for the past 6 years. Not knowing who to trust with my personal information they took good care of me from day one. Always giving me the best advice tell me what the new laws are and what my advantages are to see a better refund. Every one has been professional and friendly.. when it comes to your taxes it's hard to find good honest reliable people that look out for you..
