I don’t know why this branch has all these negative reviews. The branch manager and her team are spot on. Very courteous and professional. I actually don’t bank at another Synovus branch because they were forcing me to deposit my cash just to exchange it out and this branch is literally a mile from my business, so I drive 13 miles just to come to this one for exceptional business banking. You want smiling faces, friendly, fast, professional service, this branch has it all

Both management and staff have been great!
Always courteous and helpful!
I don’t get the negative reviews, but I’m guessing people were turned down on their loans.

This is the worse branch I wanted to open a personal account with high value account and the manager who never returns calls or is available for customers is outrageous.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at any Synovus in my 6 years as a business client. I am strongly reconsidering my relationship after the way I was treated by Nancy the branch manager. I am hoping she is just one bad apple in the mix, GET IT TOGETHER SYNOVUS !

I tried to do a cash transfer and the workers at this branch told me they had to call another branch to verify. They ended up putting my accounts on hold and now I have no access to any of my money for no reason. The service at this branch is extremely poor and they cannot even properly handle the money within their client’s accounts..

I was treated like I was nothing at this branch, below the lowest class citizen if that helps with perspective. I always have a family like experience at every other synovus branch so I can vouche that its not the banks fault. Management at this branch is extremely poor and should be replace immediately.

I had to close the account because the service is SO SO BAD, take a while to meet with representative and the online banking for small business is complete mess. If you want wasting time sign in, but if you appreciate your business run from there
