My elderly parents live between NJ and Fla throughout the year when they can. I was assisting them with finding transportation for their vehicle from Fla to NJ recently and was so very fortunate to find Swad Auto Transport! From the first call to the moment it made its way to NJ, every person was extremely helpful, professional, personable and most importantly caring. No wonder they have been in business all these years!! I cannot express enough how refreshing it was and how thankful I am to have worked with them.

Fabian from Atlantic Coast Car Carriers.We use them as a terminal to drop off the snow birds and the way they treat their drivers show a lot .They are very understanding about our job and how it’s difficult. Having to go there makes our job easier knowing they are nice and respectful and on point. I’m always in an out smoothly.Im a driver and I can only imagine how they treat their customers.They are gold standard and I give them an A++Thank you

AMAZING... i called another company at the recommendation of my West Coast Florida mechanic. That company did not service the northeast and gave my the number for Swad. I called and spoke with Tony who was G R E A T ! He gave me a price that was in my range and lower than others and we set a date for several weeks later. With a change of plans I reached out and asked if they could move the date closer and they did with out hesitation. There was problem with my bank card and Tony very calmly walked me thru it and in the end I paid the driver on delivery. They delivery was smooth... I received a call about an hour before delivery and was told to meet at a certain spot and I did and there was my car. The driver was friendly and happy to lighten his load so to speak.. I highly recommend.

Just saw one driver run a red light with a heavy duty truck. He flew on all 3 lanes as he turned a 30 foot towing truck. No regards for pedestrians or no care about on coming vehicles. Time 3:45 in 04/26 under the I-95, heading eastbound on Hallandale Blvd exit. Now, would I trust a driver like this to transport my vehicle......

We had my sons truck moved from Florida to Delaware and it couldn't have gone any smoother.This truck is my sons pride and joy and he was nervous about finding the right shipper. Thankfully we did. The service was excellent and the price was very fair.I am considering purchasing a new car in Florida and having it shipped up to me in Maryland and I will definitely use Swad.I highly recommend them. Best in the business!! Annette and Kevin are amazing, and went above and beyond for me on multiple occasions. Their help was absolutely priceless to me! They made the whole process of moving my car to/from CT/FL simple and stress free. They've become my go-to for all my cars, and my families cars. Their staff is friendly, punctual and responsible. It is hard enough letting a friend drive my truck around the block but letting someone take it to another state can make you very nervous but sure is nice knowing when you drop your car off at Swad it's in the hands of someone that will treat it like they would treat their own. Just a good old fashioned honest hard working company.

I had used this service 3 times before and had always been satisfied. Not this time. They arrived 1 hour before I had to leave for the airport although when I booked they had assured me they could pick the car up the day before, or the first thing the day of my departure. It almost caused me to miss my flight. I had also requested door to door delivery, which did not happen! The office staff was also rude. I am very disappointed in the service I received this time!
