Stelco offers sterling customer service all day every day. They are reliable, dependable, efficient and honest. I always feel at ease whenever I have to place an order because they seems to know what I need in detail even more than I do at times! Steve, Matt and the team you guys rock! Thank you Stelco!!!

I needed a part for my washing machine. They did not have in stock, but they were able to source it from somewhere else within a day or two. They were always responsive and helpful. When I went in to the store to pick it up and the part looked different than the part on my washer I needed to replace, they patiently helped me to ensure I was getting the right part...and were very flexible and helpful to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you, Stelco.

The worst service ever. the sales person was very aggressive abusive and racist Today I arrived at the store at 730 am .I told The only sales person with glasses that was there that I need it to purchase an Ac unit.he told me that the unit wasn't there .that it was going to arrive approx in 2 hours With altitude.I left and came back after the 2 hours and I asked the sales person for the unit and he responded me very aggressive that the unit didn't arrive .I needed it to finish urgently a job then I called the store and they told that the unit was there.The sales person had denied me that the unit was there.I came back to the store and told the sales person that I was told that the unit was there. He started yelling out with worst attitude .made me wait longer then gave me an unit with a box almost destroyed wrap around badly with tape. He was trayin to intimidated by cursing me out He throw out my credit card on the floor .He wanted me to get out his store.He had all the intentions of hit me There was 2 receiving guys only observing the way he treated me.I realize that he had sold me an unit with a blown fuse.I never experience in my live such of bad service.incredible I also realize today that he had over charged me an unit that I purchased last week with elevated prices.He sold me an unit 2 ton with the price of 2.5 ton.The only reason I purchased the unit was because I was desperate to finish 2 jobs and I was running out of time.I have never been treated as badthe worst service ever.I will make sure all my Ac colleagues don't come back to purchase at this store

Stelco is absolutely amazing! Their customer service goes beyond any expectations! Anything you need they are so quick to let you know. If it’s not available you get it before the time frame they give you. Will absolutely continue to do business with them! Highly recommend!!!!

When it comes to maintenance, appliances and AC parts they are fantastic. If they don't have the part that you need, they will find it for you. Steve and Elliot have great customer service.

I have been a customer of Stelco for almost 5 years and they have never disappointed. They always go above and beyond to get it done efficiently and effectively. The staff are amazing and make it easy to get what you need.

Terrible service, ordered a part was supposed to come the next day however never got a call or anything from them. Called back to ask the lady responded and said Oh my driver didnt get it put on his truck yesterday. Called today early am and was told I would be called as soon as the part comes in. I was never called, I called them and they stated Oh our driver is in West Palm we will not have the part today, I can have it tomorrow a.m. How does this resolve the situation that was completely screwed up. Matt the General Manager rude and raised his voice over the phone. Basically hung up on me. Never use this company. I would have used a different company if I knew that I would get the run around. Terrible services

Awesome place and very happy with service. if you need any diy projects around home this place is it! My ac went out and they had the capacitor! Especially when its 100 degrees out! Life saver.

My company and I have been dealing with Stelco for quite some time now... I must say they have exceptional customer service, super friendly and always help my guys out. It's like calling family when I call and ask for a favor, they always have everything and if they dont have it they'll get it. Their next day delivery is great for getting items quickly and they are always at my office for delivery before lunch. I usually deal with Matt when I call and I must say, he's the bomb. This place should have 5 stars honestly, not sure about this guy Gino, sorry bud we've had nothing but great experiences. Quit throwing off the average of the best distributing company in South Florida.
