Optician is not friendly, at all! She has had quite an attitude my last 4 dealings w/her. She acts as though she's being bothered! Not good customer relations! Otherwise, very pleased w/this location for past 8yrs.! ??

3.9 is understand for this place . I just book appointments and get the 15 minutes late to be informed 5 minutes later that the doctor left instead of being called and confirm. This establishment is just unprofessional!

Staff was very courteous and friendly and demonstrated flexibility in scheduling to meet my needs. Medical team was fast and efficient and explained processing advance to make me feel at ease.

If your Spanish it works fine for you, if not don't waste your time, very rude,sarcastic individuals and not at all helpful, they don't even suggest a glasses that would fit your face, nor do they help you choose one.
I wouldn't recommend it to anyone at all , worst place ever ,definitely isn't what it was before new name or ownership.
This place needs a revamp.

Today I came in to South Florida Vision works located on Davie drive, which isn’t my usual location but since my daughter was recommended by her pediatrician to get an eye exam done due to her results in the office. I figured since her school is right there why not, well that was a big mistake. The receptionist was friendly and also the assistant that seen my daughter before she goes to the actual optometrist. I do understand that since she is 5 and is most likely to break her glasses that she does need something durable but everybody isn’t able to afford such lenses. I, 36 F, am a mother of 5 which range from the ages of 15,13,11,5,3.My oldest is disabled so you can only imagine where all my funds go but my kids are well taken care of and I do manage overall. But I can’t even name the lady that helped with choosing her glasses but it seemed to me that she was only trying to embarrass me instead of helping choose something that’s affordable for me. I chose what I could afford and left

A place that totally doesn't care about the time people call almost two weeks to organize my daughter's contacts, they didn't tell her that she had to make a payment. Besides, they told me that
Would they call to pick them up, I call and there is nothing? Completely disgusted with this site, now I want to order. I have to wait a week and a half again…. If I ordered them early it is because I need them for a special date, something that the staff doesn't seem to care about.
