Sleep number is little by little destroying my quality of life, I wish I would have listened to all the reviews I ignored before purchasing this glorified air mattress, I am more than a year already using this bed giving it a “chance” doing the process of adjusting little by little like they explain but this is just impossible and is even making me depressed, I have restless nights and still paying for it which makes me incredibly frustrated, i’ve tried blaming the pillow (also bought at sleep number for neck pain) nothing helps, I wake up every 30 to 40 ’minutes to accommodate and move around like crazy to fix my back and neck pain. and I have had to move to my couch multiple times where I definitely get a better quality of sleep, on my days off it’s 6 am and I am already out of the bed because 15 min out of it and my pain is gone, this bed is a curse that I am still paying for. for reference I am not a heavy person I am 5’2 and 117 pounds, I workout at the gym and also do sports. I am an active and healthy person, so there’s no other reason for my back and neck to be under an unbearable pain every single morning. This is by far the biggest and most expensive mistake of my entire life.

Loved working with Steve and Itza. Steve explained everything about each level of mattress and the technology. At no time did we feel pressure to make a purchase, which was our intention, and what we ultimately did. Steve was very knowledgeable, friendly, and very patient. He wanted to keep us at a comfortable price point and never tried to unnecessarily upsell us. The only thing he highly suggested was a particular mattress cover protector which was very inexpensive. We were extremely pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend Steve and Itza from Davie, Florida store.

I would like to start by saying the staff at sleep number are super professional and all around knowledgeable about beds and bedding. With that said, I feel this is more about star ratings at this point. We purchased the SE model from their store almost last year same date! The air mattress is in the exact same shape we bought it in. pretty durable. except for this one little problem. it's not comfortable at all. considering how much money we paid for it and it was over $3,000 this really is a glorified air mattress and that's it. I suppose if you don't live with anyone or sleep by yourself it's fine. when you have someone in bed with you it isn't a feasible mattress especially at that extreme price! I literally have a queen size air mattress for $500 that feels exactly like that one. Except we use it for camping.I'm not trying to s*** on the company. I feel that sleep number is a good brand, except this mattress is a piece of junk! and they're charging way too much money for it. we thought maybe the original style we bought was was the reason it wasn't comfortable. In the end it's just that mattress specifically should be a giveaway mattress and not a purchasable mattress. It sucks when there's two people in there.I hope this review's been fair.sleep number good brand, with a bad product.the staff at sleep number are pretty good and knowledgeable so they should have known better than to sell this to anyone!when I called the store and told them what's going on, they said to buy another mattress at a discounted rate...... yikes! :p

The only reason anyone will shop in store is:Try the mattressBetter customer service when you have a problemI have no issue with the mattress, but when it come to customer service I have a big problem.First you need to be carful when using store financing, there is no information on financing company on your purchase agreement,The store employee once they sold you the mattress don't want to deal with you anymore.in my case they made a mistake on my address than they blame me for that, the only mistake I made was not to buy online.Go to the store try the mattress but my advise is shop online at least you not going to make mistake on your address.

They found just the right pillow for me. I have a neck problem withhas been giving pain at night for a year. 3 nights if painless sleep. And so comfortable. Thank you staff and sleepnumber.
