The woman at the front desk must be someone family member. She was rude to me from the minute I walked in then after wasting 10 minutes of my time tells me my insurance company needs to give them the assignment if I want a quote. My dad had a collision shop in South Miami for over 30 years and that’s not how it works. Talk about bad business, I’ll find somewhere that wants my business. Don’t waste your time going here.
