Last night was one of the best visits I have ever had at any Sephora store! The customer service was phenomenal because it was genuine! My friend and I will definitely pay this location a visit again.

I'm actually so perturbed I had to write this review from the parking lot. I came in to return a foundation that was "color matched" by a tall woman with blue hair who said she wouldn't need the camera to check for my color. Turns out it was a complete BAD shade. I finally make my way back in to get properly color matched with the machine and the lady who was supposed to help me, stops to have a full blown conversation with another set of clients. I just walked out. I really cannot stress enough how bogus this location is.

I went there this Sunday at 5:58p not realizing that this store closes at 6pm. This tall lady with purple hair locked the door in my face and walked away, disrespectfully. A simple “Hi, we’re closed” would have sufficed. This woman has zero customer service skills.

Hard to find staff to help you and when you approach them, they don't seem eager to assist, very low morale in that store amd selection is limited, I rather shop online than to go there

The ladies of this store are super helpful but their product knowledge isn’t there. This Sephora is in route from work and so I stopped here to try out new foundation. Can you believe I went with suggestions trying to trust their judgment and got home very disappointed after trying the products in my light. I have returned the products and asked again for help but this time from someone who has my skin type. I was in the store back and forth with her and instead of foundation suggestions from her I was the one asking about different brands and asking for help to match. The matching was either tooooo light or too dark and was told I can get another foundation to mix with it to get the right shade. No I want my shade or as close as possible. It’s always exhausting go this store unless it’s for a re-up on products. I try not to go to this store if I’m exploring new products because the product knowledge just isn’t there.

Sephora on a whole was very disappointing this Sunday. I was on my way to Brunch when I realized that the Sephora Microsmooth Mahogany Tan Neutral product was changed from the original formula. I made this purchase at Kohl’s Sephora 2 days before and ran into Sephora to do a quick exchange. I was welcomed at the door but soon realized that my Kohl’s Sephora purchase could not be returned nor exchanged and was advised that Kohl’s Sephora products could not be refunded or exchange. I asked why? The sales clerk really wasn’t sure. Having Sephora in Kohls as a partnership is TOTALLY AN INCONVENIENCE if SEPHORA products can be purchased at Kohl’s but can’t be returned or exchanged at Sephora. My Sunday Brunch plans were devastated not only was my product was changed I couldn’t even get an exchange for something else.

5 stars because the store is kept Clean and everything seems to always be In stock. Unfortunately this store doesn’t make a big deal about their in store event. They just set up a little display by the door and there’s never anyone there to talk to about the products. On the app they tell you to RSVP for the event but there’s literally nothing fun or exciting going on. Not sure if this is normal or not but from what I’ve seen on TikTok other Sephora's give out samples with or without purchase.
