I'm going to be switching location. These guys are rude, they've lost a package for me previously, never got refunded. Today I ask for a small favor, to wait for me for 10 minutes. The response I get "nah I'm not gonna wait". Should have switched long ago.

Absolute criminals. These guys will pressure you into making a deposit and never refund your deposit, even if you cancel the same day. They will steal all your money and hang up on you ever time you call. I’m out over 2000 dollars.

Please don't do business with this company. I would hate for another person to lose over $1,000 to a grift. I made the mistake of paying a deposit only to have people who did not speak English show up to my apartment and demand $1,200 more. Please, just don't even entertain these people.

Be prepared for the bait and switch. My $6500 quote turned into $23,000 less than 3 days before my scheduled cross-country move. I even called numerous times to update the inventory to have a better/more reliable quote. They just placated me so I didn't have time to find a replacement company. They hire 3rd party vendors and no one takes responsibility for anything!!! Find a moving company you can trust, stay away from these brokers!!!

I spent a great deal of time going over every single item with Darren and got a quote of over $6,000 which I thought was a little high but went with them anyway because they offered a free month’s storage for my belongings to be delivered to MA. I paid them over $2,000 as a deposit. When the moving company arrived it wasn’t even Safe Ship. It’s a company they broker with and they said it would be an additional $3,000. I can’t tell you how upset I am. I called Safe Ship and there was no one available to talk to. I asked her if I canceled would I get my deposit back and she said no because I was past the cancellation date. All my furniture is old and certainly not worth $9,000. I would have sold everything if I had known. Not only that, they also lied about it going to MA. It’s staying in West Palm Beach. I was warned about moving companies but it was rated in the top ten. I don’t have another $3,000 and this is so wrong

I usually pay for my small shipping $4.50 to $5.80 dollars. Today I came here because the usps I goWas without internet and for the same small package here they charge $8.40I don’t recommend this place to nobody unless you want to pay high prices for the same weight.Also I attached the invoice of the same day I went to this place and then drive to USPS postal office showing that the package is way cheaper for the same weight. ??♀️
