I love the store, I love the employees, this deserves a five star, the only reason I do not give it that is because one employee she is an older lady. Don’t want to say her name, but I buy shoes from here once every month, she always has an attitude seems like she doesn’t want to help comes off very rude.Makes me want to order my shoes online instead of driving five minutes to the store. besides that awesome store fire her! lol

When I came here I didn’t know what to expect. But I was pleasantly surprised when I was able to find the perfect running shoe for me. I’m flat-footed so Chuck measured my feet and got me the right in-soles with the right shoe. I’m at my local park testing them out now and I was able to run longer without my ankles and heels hurting me. Thank you Chuck!!!

I have been going to Runner's Depot (RD) for 4 years and have never experienced buying sneakers in the way that you get fitted at RD. Each time I have gone, I have had a different sales person and each time the person has been extremely knowledgeable. I have even recruited my sister and brother-in-law to purchase their sneakers at RD. The experience is above all other stores. They size you, they watch you walk, and then they recommend sneakers that are good just for you. They are patient and willing to do whatever is needed to make sure you get the right sneakers for you. On my last visit, I had Chuck and he did not disappoint. In fact, I think he may have been the best, yet. Thank you Runner's Depot!

My dad’s podiatrist recommended he buy good sneakers for his foot isaue. I took him to Runners Depot for a good fitting and quality product. Bradley exceeded our expectations with his knowledge of feet issues and the products that would be best for my dad. I HIGHLY recommend this place for excellent customer service!

This is was the best shopping experience I have ever had. Bar none. Full stop.
This was like a technical atelier, using technology and various means to find the perfect shoe for you.
As soon as I walked in, Mike greeted me with a smile and explained that Runner’s Depot is a full service experience. He asked what types of activities I will be doing in the shoes and what kind of shoe I’m interested in. He then measured the length and width of my foot, and my arch and brought out a few pairs for me to try. I even got to try them on a treadmill to see how they felt.
This was far from your average experience of pick 10 shoes to try on as the service personnel looks visibly annoyed. I fully enjoyed my time and conversation with Mike who was knowledgeable and a true pleasure to work with.
This place is an absolute must!!

I had a great interaction with Mike. He sized my feet and helped me figure out the most comfortable running shoe as a beginner. They even have an in store treadmill where he helped me adjust my stride. Highly recommend for anyone looking for someone knowledgeable to help with your running journey. Thank you again!
