Submitted a prescription for a cpap machine. Never received a response. Called for update and they need additional paperwork. Doctor submitted a couple of weeks ago. They never called with an update. Just got off the phone and was told someone would call me back with an update. It’s been well over a month..

Transferred four times and still hasn’t been resolved, once to the Philippines once to India, and two to the main office. Being billed for Machine, that was returned.

The absolute worst company. 1. you call and right away they put you on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes. 2. they never deliver supplies on time. 3. no follow up. 4. the web site and app are like a 1st grader put together. 5. sleep central staff is in india and dont speak any english.
