Please stay away and I am a current customer. They lied to me and said I had 30 days to return the E-BIKE. Not even 2 weeks the bike was not for me and they build it incorrect as well. Upon return they said i did not have 30 days and said the employee was new. Also they never said that once you sign the papers you own it and have to make payment no matter. They even filmed me on there phone WITH OUT MY CONSENT. The worst experience STAY AWAY AND THEY WILL LIE TO YOU.

Please DO NOT buy anything from this company. They will steal your hard own money! The worse company I ever had to deal with in my life.First, I went to buy a floor sectional earlier this year and after many attempts of promising delivery, they called at the schedule day and mentioned they damaged my couch and since they did not have another to replace they would order and will sell at the same original price.When they finally delivered, the couch was damaged, after contacting them for repair back in June (still waiting). I called them to check on repair status, they told me that they are charging me 2,000 more that was agreed on!! So, I am paying NEW furniture price, for damaged couch ! I need someone from corporate to please contact me.!!!Warning!!! Do not go there!!

I’ve rented a bed and the wooden frame broke the same night. Called them the next day to pick it up because I ended up buying a new one with a metal frame. It’s been 3 weeks. They have been making excuses saying that they only have one van or they forgot to add me in the list. Or they would tell me I’m first stop but no one ever comes. I’ll pass by the store and I can see the van outside and I see the employees just standing there. I’m trying hard not to disassemble the bed and drop it up there. I NEED THE BED GONE! I am not paying for something that is broken and I’ve called this store almost every day since the middle of November. This location makes excuses. Today is Monday. Last time I called they said they’ll come and this was last week Tuesday- they didn’t. Then they had to nerve to call ask for their payment. Corporate, I need you to do something to make them get this bed. I need it gone today. I’m calling at 10 am when they open. If this bed is not gone by 11:30am I’m bringing it to them myself. I don’t care who is “the first stop”. I’ve been patiently waiting for 3 weeks, almost a month. If at 11:30am I don’t see a RAC truck in my driveway, I will not be calling again. Thank you.

I still haven't received my items I ordered. Someone called me from the store asked for my ID paystub and proof of address I sent it on Tuesday and never received my items on Wednesday. I called the store and they said online orders have nothing to do with the stores so I don't know what is going on

This place is the worst the lady on the phone is just rude she did not try to help and then canceled the order I made online and hung up the phone. Funny how even though they canceled my order, my card still got charged. Do not go get anything from these people. Corporate needs to replace employees at this store or just close it, way too many bad reviews. By far the worst service anyone can receive

I’ve renting for a long time with rent a center. My last rental is KAS. I’m paying every month yet again my balance is still high. I got overcharged for the bedroom. I never get the mattress which supposed to be new. I have headboard with a broken light. They never fix it. I’ve been treated by your manager like a beggar and low class client. When I questioned about the bill, she said that she can help me to renew it since I need some food. She was very disrespectful. Anyway my concern is that I need a statement with all my payments made.

I tried calling my local store for help on understanding my bill and it was a TERRIBLE experience… the manager of the store was rude and continuously hung up on the phone on my face, I spoke calmly and still got hung up on in my face. Was told that she had other customers to take care of rather than assist a current customer which is me over the phone. Just hated the overall experience and would not want to work with her or Luis on making a purchase in the store ever again! This is the rent a center store on Taft! TERRIBLE customer service!

i had an amazing experience as soon as i stepped into this rent-a-center. Nathaniel was phenomenal ! He was approachable, funny, friendly and knowledgeable with all the questions and concerns i had. He showed me all my options as well as helped me design the living room i was planning on redoing. He helped me with all things imaginable and things i didn’t even know i would need. If you’re going don’t forget to ask for Nathaniel he’s the best one there.

Wilfre is an amazing manager and with excellent customer service his team members are exactly the same way. I was amazed at how informative and friendly the staff down to the delivery driver is. Recommending this rent-a-center to my friends excellent experience above and beyond !

They charged my debt card four times in 4 days to an account that was not mine. Then they want to threaten you with the police and have their workers peek through windows at your home and vandalized cars. I went to the bank and I reported fraud on my card. Then they want you to overdraft your account for payment. The store manager lovely said that they can do whatever they want to get their money also they can shake your door handle to get into your house. Lovely even said that is perfectly legal its not against the law because you owe them a payment. I plan on pursuing charges of fraud and criminal activity. I will continue to make my payments until this is resolved. I struggle to make partials payments due to fiancial issues.
