She answers my questions and completes the transaction in a timely efficient manner every single time. It’s the only USPS I have used for years now. Over the years, with sending packages within the state, across the US and internationally, Iara has provided excellent customer service so that my needs and concerns were met and my packages delivered successfully. “Co-worker recommended it. Went one night and it was chained off closed, went one morning and the line had 6 cars (too long for me). Went tonight after work and chain was down, went in, paid the basic to try and drove my car up to the wash. Attendant scrubbed and pressure washed my car from top to bottom, front and back and tires. Then the car went through the actual car wash tunnel. I was impressed! I’ve tried 3 car wash clubs in Florida where attendants “pre-wash” and these guys went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Hands down, best care for your car. Vacuum I tried, there’s about 6 spots, nothing out of the ordinary, and smooth. Four stars for me just on the schedule part not knowing when they operate. Other than that, great experience.”

“Very clean and the employees worked as quickly and efficiently as they were able to, often the customers are very rude to the workers and refuse to listen to an employee of the federal government and are constantly accusing them of not knowing the laws that they these Postal Workers are trained to know.

I wish customers would just understand that everyone is doing the job that they have to do, in the way that it needs to be done, all in order to make sure that there are no issues on either sending or receiving posted mail.”

“Had an issue with a package that was mislabeled. Spoke with a woman named natasha who was extremely pleasant. She was able to get it all figured out and out for delivery in under 5 minutes. I think people need to have a little bit of grace. USPS workers are some of the hardest working and underpaid mail carriers. Taking that into consideration before you show up demanding answers about your package, might change your outcome. Thank you Natasha, you are awesome and I appreciate all you do.”
